[ROM] VanirAOSP [official] [nightlies] [4.4.4] organized, clean, fast.

Welcome to VanirAOSP. Our mission is to deliver a clean optimized version of Android to as many devices as possible. This is not a kang rom. issues:
- stop flashing the moto X binaries. they do not improve anything for you and aren't even for your device.
- open source camera and launcher3 do not have the same featuers as the google versions. use the latest
banks standard gapps if you'd like these. His gapps are super legit and always up to date.

Can't get a logcat because I can't get past initial setup. Can you make a build with a different keyboard, or no keyboard and I'll flash android-L keyboard before first boot.

Flash the keyboard, it should overwrite the standard one. If not, open the zip from PC and change it manually, you just need winrar

A new ROM author (phongpan355) has asked the original ROM author if he can continue this project because the old developer's computer had problems, and the old developer's upload speed is very slow, so the new developer sent a PM if he can continue this ROM, and here you go... V1.1 is coming soon!

-What firmware version did you use as base rom ?
-You said you removed some junk..... Like what, Apps, Knox, Languages ?
-Is it stock kernel
-Install instructions, Is it ODIN flashable or Custom Recovery
Stuff like that.
It will cut down on a massive of amount of posts you will be asked to answer.

Nope...Stock kernel that comes with the ROM should work fine. Of course, i don't own bullhead (only angler) so I would need someone to test it out once I release tomorrow's builds

Currently you can only build with pre-built kernel If you are getting that error when u lunch remove the following lines from /device/lge/bullhead/photon.dependencies: Remove these lines
That should do the trick

Please update your OP so it only includes the features that are actually included in the ROM. Your features list is very misleading and people are downloading and flashing it expecting features that are not yet available.
As a suggestion - an existing features and a WIP features section would be nice. It would tell us what is really available and what is in the works.

You have to install both Weather and Widget apps and they have to be whitelisted in every task killer.

Update!
The Widget app now supports Android ICS and up.
Weather and Gallery are also compatible with Android 5.0 and up.
Uninstall previous version before updating!
PS: Needs testing.
