On my old Huawei P10, to look at device info, I had "My Device Pro".
On the OP7, would love to install one or two apps which earn the XDA consensus for "among the best" in this category. I see there are tons of options on the Play Store, F-Droid etc.
Thanks in advance for your advice.

heres the scenario elaborated as my experience goes:
I am an Android User in China,(Milestone) therefore I dont have access to paid apps in the android market.
I use Market Enabler whenever I open the market app so that I can see and buy paid apps. I can see paid apps under the "Just in" tab but there is no "Top paid" tab, only "Top free".
My question is, has anyone got any info as to where the Market Checks to allow the showing/hiding of the "Top Paid" tab as MarketEnabler is obviously not fixing this.
Any help would be deeply appreciated!
Same issue of no top paid tab
I'm running MIUI and market app is missing top paid app
Hi everyone,
I try to use bing vision on my book, and it's able to detect the book, show me the reviews and prices. There is supposed to be app linkage in the extra panel where you can choose to buy your book, for example Amazon app, and best buy. However, my phone does not show any app even though I have amazon installed. Same thing happens when I use "Movies search". It does not show me the app IMDB which I have in my phone. Any solution?
Thank you.

These apps need to be updated to take advantage of Mango features. There are no Mango apps available on the marketplace, so you are going to see any of the fancy app integration or other things like multi-tasking until these apps are updated and released onto the market.
Sup Nation,
I am assuming this has been posted in other forums, but I bet there are people like me that only look at this section of XDA.
But I thought I would post up a link to get the new Google Play app.
Google have renamed the "Android Market" to "Google Play"
It has a slightly different UI on the phone, and the Google Play Website has been updated too.
Here is the link
The main improvement to the app: under the My Apps menu, you can see Installed and All Apps in a separate tab. This allows you to re-download any app you've previously tried and deleted, or paid for and uninstalled, bringing the functionality more in line with the desktop portal.
Enjoy people!
Thanks mate, but we already have a thread in this forum here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1549660
Hi,
Sometimes when I want to download and install some applications from the play store with my mobile (Huawei Honor2) or with my Tab(Asus TF101) I find this sentence "This Item isn't available in your country" or this "This app is incompatible with all of your device", I understand what does it mean but why the specific app is not available or incompatible while my devices have good technical specifications so is there is any way that I can download Apps that I want from the store without search them as an apk file from the google? Any ideas or do u have any tricks that can climb over this silly requirements from the play store!
Regards.

Its because some apps have put country restrictions for example: Google Voice which works only in US I guess and other apps like Netflix, Movies by Flixster etc. all have this country restrictions. There was an app called "Market Unlocker" which bypasses this restriction, but I believe Google has taken down that app from the Play Store. Anyways some other modes of Market Unlocker methods remains at XDA, which claims to work. Use Google and you'll get the results about it.
When I open the play store app it goes straight to the apps section and not the home page. When in the apps section it only shows 5 tabs - Categories, Want Quick Suggestions, Top Free, Top New Free, and Trending. On top of that most of the apps shown on top of the respective tabs are worthless apps with fake reviews and download numbers. I think that this may be a fake play store, but I can't be sure. I tried uninstalling the updates and clearing the data, but the problem still persists. As of now this problem can be seen on my phone, and my dad's phone and tab. I also tried the Web interface but it's the same story, even in my laptop and my pc. I tried opening the link for the Nexus 5 on my pc and laptop, but it shows that 'Devices on play store are not available in your country' , even though the nexus devices and the android wear devices are available in India. Please Help Me.
Thanks in advance
P. S. : I reside in India and use the Indian Play Store.
Hi,
Have never seen this issue personally and indeed there could be a fake malicious play store out there, you will best off asking your question in the general q&a section found here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help
There are lots of people from India on xda so you're bound to find an answer
Best of luck!
