So on my lock screen I have enabled the opacity of my notifications to be completely clear and invisible so it's only text that shows up.
However, everytime I update a theme or restart my device it always reverts back to being visible. The settings don't seem to save. Does anyone else also experience this or have a fix? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

My lockscreen is not resetting automatically to my sense ui home screen. I have installed the clear lockscreen that noj posted, but in the process of doing so i had to remove all my wallpapers and did something else to break it.
Also, My voicemail icon appears like a small hazard icon with no tag or label underneath it.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
My D2G frequently plays the default notification tone but doesn't post anything on the status bar to tell me why. I've been careful to not turn notifications on for tons of things and I can't find any apps in which I've got tones enabled and status bar updates disabled. Is there some way to get a log of all notifications and their source app? Can you suggest any other way to debug this problem? It's driving me nuts!
Thanks, Jim
I was wondering if anyone has had this happen before? I was just on my Captivate checking a few apps out and then all of a sudden the screen froze for a few seconds and all the icons disappeared and only the wallpaper was left displayed. During that time I was tapping the screen and whatnot wondering what happened and it stayed frozen like this for maybe 30 seconds before it finally came back to life, but I then noticed that whatever icons were displayed on the left side of the status bar turned grey and also when I pull down the menu from the bar it is also grey in color now.
Also I've noticed that the settings menu seems greyer as well. Does anyone have a way to fix this and bring the color back as the grey looks pretty crappy. I'm using Darky's 9.2 rom right now.
Edit: now that I'm looking at it more, it seems like ALL of the menus in all my apps now are greyed. Where before it use to be in color now everything is a dull grey?!
Can anyone help please??
Master Reset. Something (maybe a messed up app?) screwed up the graphics of your phone so if just restarting (... you DID try turning it off and back on, right?) doesn't work then just back up and master reset.
I'm guessing that you have tried rebooting, but if not try that. If that doesn't work flash to stock using Odin and if it still isn't fixed then try to get a replacement.
I'm trying to create some transparent text icons, but it always shows the black box behind it. Anyone else using this app?

I'm having the same issue, always get the black background even though I selected "background --> none" in the preferences... Anybody have a solution?
Thanks!

i ended up having to click on the icon i want to change (for me by long pressing the icon in NOva), go to the tab to customize background, click on the color swatch, then change the transparency. i have to do this for every single icon, saving the style won't do anything from what i've seen.
I have a new icon I have never seen before in my status bar upon reboot of my device last night.
Can anyone assist in figuring out what it might be?
I was curious (plus I'm stuck at home on a snow/ice day with nothing to do), so I found this. Not sure of a solution, though.

That is rotation lock icon & it appears when u modify status bar. Most likely with system ui tuner. It clears all the settings when u restart ur phone. Keep safemode setting on in system ui tuner to restore them back or do it manually after every reebot.
