Hello,
I had now the Open Beta of Android 10 running since yesterday morning. I updated from stabile to OB1 with the image from oneplus 7 pro. Today after I used Android Car the phone changed randomly settings. So I tried to restart the phone but I came only to this error message:
Code:
QUALCOMM CrashDump Mode
————————————————
Fatal exception
die
PC at:arm_smmu_context_fault+0x910/0x918
The phone stays in this error screen. Does someone know how to exit this screen?
Thank you,
bs

Hi. When updating to Mango at part 7 of 9 my phone turned off but after some time it did manage to reload on it's own and had the Mango update but no Samsung firmware so the screen and buttons were dead. Whatever happened had caused it to only load the Samsung boot screen and then keep rebooting as others had happen.
I flashed it as recommended but because of the constant rebooting it cannot finalise the ROM install once it comes out of download mode.
So I'm stuck as to what to try next. Nothing happens when I press vol down/camera/power to do a reset and nothing happens when i press camera after turning on to bring up the connect to a pc option to try the WPSupportToolv2.
Any ideas how to get past this and get a ROM installed or have I broken it to the point it'll need sending off to Samsung?
Cheers
Dakn
EDIT: As an update to this I have flashed using the latest patched version of WP7 Downloader 7.41 and tried using the engineer Mango update and various others. with the latest downloader it does not require a restart - infact I think I got this wrong in the first place.
But I'm still getting the same result of constant reboot on the Samsung boot screen every 2-3 seconds.
I give up.
ok so I was using my 1+1 as usual but suddenly this cm launcher stop responding error came with a window saying report or ok..whatever u press the window kept coming up so I had to reset my device deleted all my media and everything and then the phone restarted loading screen came load finished and the welcome screen came...but I can't get pas the welcome screen anymore...by the time i select the language the phone restarts and keep on restarting on the same place...I tried flashing stock rom using 1+1 toolkit but it didn't work...any idea??

I got the update today on my Nexus 5, no problem doing installation, but now it's on the boot loop for 15-25 minutes. I will update if it ever decides to finish first boot.

Power it off. Hold the power button until it turns off then turn it back on. It should boot up on 4.4.4

I've had my S7 since March. Worked flawlessly until around 2 weeks back. The first issue I got was that the phone stopped responding. I haven't linked that to any specific application. It happened at random. So the phone freezes and screen goes black. I used the Power button + Lower Volume button to power up the phone again and it worked. But then the no response problem happened more often. So I decided to go for a factory reset. I did this using recovery. But I continued to get the freezing issue. And the last time I got it was a few hours ago. But this time when I used the power button+ down volume button, the phone got stuck in a boot loop. I managed to bring up recovery to power down the phone. When I booted into recovery, I got the a dead android logo with a yellow exclamation mark in a triangle. I tried to power up my phone back, but it again got stuck in a boot loop. I know I can resolve this situation by doing a reset again. But I suppose this is not the solution as I will continue to get the freezing and not responding problem again.
Any advice please?
Thank you.

Hi mate
after you factory reset it , did you use the phone for a while without restoring any app?..so you are sure is not an app making the mess
My first option would be flash ( odin) firmware again.....
Check his guide
Use home_csc instead of CSC so you do not lose anything
I actually didn't restore any app after reset. I rather re-installed only 2 apps I use most. And I've been using these apps since I started using my mobile. I don't think they could be responsible for the crashes.
If I have to flash, I've been wondering if I could have a go at Nougat.
Would that be a good idea?

Hi
Yes you can flash nougat, seems to be stable......but still is a Beta version
Hi
I got the same problem ... did you find any solution for this problem ??
Replacing motherboard fixes this issue. Its not software related. Faulty board. With Nougat this will happen even more. I know because happened to me..
ohhh
how much did cost you for that ?
Hello guys!
I got a problem here I can't manage to solve nor understand with my S8+ Duos.
I flashed the official ROM (build G955FXXS4CRIA) via Odin3 and it installed just fine but whenever the phone boots up, it systematically reboots after a few seconds for no visible reason.
It's NOT stuck and bootlooping at the logo/splash screens because the phone starts up normally. No black screen either.
I sometimes get an error message stating that Google Play Services have stopped or any other random app (system and pre-installed) and it end up rebooting on its own.
I tried flashing other compatible ROMS and even used a combination ROM to troubleshoot it but everything seems fine.
Safe mode doesn't solve anything and doesn't prevent the device from rebooting.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

It does. Starts normally but ends up restarting after after 5 to 10 seconds randomly.
