Can anyone tell me if the Zenfone 3 Ultra camera can shot RAW file images?
It can't with the built-in camera application, but allegedly it can with FreeDCam app; haven't tried it personally.
I've tried and it works, will provide samples. But for 10 mins working with FreeDCam it became really hot

Lenovo P2 camera RAW capture bug

So guys as you all know Lenovo P2 is having some bug which doesn't allow it to capture pictures in RAW format.
Both the Lenovo P2 and Redmi Note 4 is having SD625 chipset and the redmi note 4 is able to capture picture in RAW format but the P2 isnt. So have anyone in xda community fixed this bug or know how to fix this bug ?
This bug is also preventing the GCam app(the one having portrait mode feature from Pixel 2; not the lens blur feature one) from working.
I'm facing the same issue.

I tried open camera after enabling camera2api, pink lines came when I opened the app. I think if it can shoot RAW all the modes would work fine. I dont know whether RAW capturing ability is a hardware feature or software feature. If you have any improvement in this issue. Help me too

Xiaomi Mi 9 and Raw photos

I've read that the camera app of Xiaomi Mi 9 doesn't natively support RAW photos, then i have to use gcam app.
Compared to devices that natively support shooting in RAW, do photos taken with gcam in Mi 9 have worse quality?

How to take RAW photos with Huawei P40 Lite E?

Question Expert Raw 50Mpx RAW

Hello everyone,
Is it possible to tweak, bring 50MPX raw from the S23 Ultra for S22 Ultra? Or even 24Mpx would be great.
Thanks
none ?
I believe you only have two options, or 12 or 100 mpx maybe some additional app from the play store ?
I got an Update yesterday, bringing OneUI 5.1 and Expert RAW and many more features from S23 Ultra to S22 Ultra. Check for Updates maybe

The 3:4,108MP option is not available in Expert RAW.
Choose in the normal camera save raw and then 108MP and you get a jpg and dng file for each photo. Sadly Pro mode is locked at 12MP.
Yes it locks to 12Mpx in Expert Raw, so that's why I asked if someone can tweak it to make 50Mpx possible like S23Ultra, or at least 24Mpx...

"Normal" camera mode does not save any image in DNG. Only Expert RAW and Pro mode does. The phone does not save any images taken using the 3:4, 108MP mode in DNG; only JPG.
