S10e bricked when using Odin - Samsung Galaxy S10e Questions & Answers

My S10e apparently came from UAE:
CSC was probably one of these:
United Arab Emirates (LYS)
United Arab Emirates (XSG)
and I downloaded the new firmware using Freya... XEU for UK and tried to flash it. This was a mistake... although not sure why it would be.
First time, after putting all the files in Odin, it looked like it was doing nothing, so, I clicked start again, and it said, waiting for connection. So, I interrupted it. Now, it shows the same image as the one shown here: https://img.xda-cdn.com/MiQBugyvcr1...yazo.com/cae0a29bba68b440297ab7cc93413ff3.png
With this error message: An error has occurred while updating the device software. Use the Emergency recovery function in the smart switch PC software.
This video: https://invidio.us/watch?v=1yXQUFrEWg4&hl=en-US&local=true&autoplay=0&subtitles=,, shows how to use Smart Switch... but I do not get the screen at 2:03. I do not have those tabs. Of course, just like him it says device not recognized.
What options do I have?

From odin, I was able to flash, BL and CP only, and I got a PASS.
But, I am unable to boot, or reflash AP and CSC.
I managed to USB cable + VOLUME DOWN + BIXBY and get into download mode. Now, I am flashing all of them and waiting for system to finish... yay!

get a fresh DL of your firmware from a reputable source and reflash it in Odin, if that doesnt work, get a fresh DL of Odin. I use sammobile.com/firmwares for my FW's and i use samfirm to download them as they literally go 4 to 5x faster on Frija or SamFirm. Frija and SamFirm are damn near the exact same thing, so its a eenie meenie miney moe thing there. But for sure use one or the other unless you dont care about a 20 min disparity LoL
if the flash with fresh FW and fresh Odin downloads dont work, try a different cable. Then a different computer. I have 7 computers and for whatever reason, one of my lappys just wont link with the target devices very well... not sure why... im sure i just havent made the proper sacrifices to the USB gods on that particular machine. purported deities aside, literally all of whose things could be the culprit... well.... minus the USB gods one, of course

Hi, I'm new here, basically I made this account just to get help. I have the same issue, I bought my S8+ back in 2018 and never received OTA updates automatically, it's still in Nougat. Recently I decided to update the OS to Android 9 based off of Sammobile, the model number is SM-G955FD, in the Service Provider SW ver. it shows SM-G955F only(is this an issue?). I dowloaded the latest firmware for SM-G955FD with csc XTC. Now there is the other thing where the volume up button isn't working due to water getting inside, it still works. The key combination can only get me to recovery mode same with ADB, when I try to reboot to bootloader(OEM unlocked) my phone just restarts, same with ADB reboot bootloader, when I do ADB fastboot it gives a blank response. That being said I can't proceed to flash with Odin, I'm thinking of using ADB sideload but I don't know where to find the zip file or whether it's the same one I downloaded from Sammobile(pretty sure it's not).

in cases such as yours with micro usb equipped samsungs in the past, there was a jig that you could plug in and it would automatically put t he phone into download mode. All the jig did was provide 300k ohms of resistance between 2 of the jumpers inside the micro usb port. I wasnt able to find a type c jig, but there are type c test boards that basically expose every pin in the cable into a nice wide board thatll allow for easy connection between 2 of the jumpers by hand to test it out. I did read somewhere that the newer ones require 301k ohms, but its hard to say. The usb port board is 13 bucks and a resistor is gonna be less than a buck. Maybe worth a shot since the micro usb jigs were gold
also, the only difference between the F and FD firmwares is the D is for dual sim
ich have same problem

[Need Help] Very bad case of soft brick S9+

Hello everyone,
so my phone is soft-bricked after failure attempt to flash combination files in order to fix the csc.
I follow this thread, but the problem actually has nothing with that.
I used the latest patched odin V3.13.1, with a combination file named COMBINATION_FAC_FA80_G965USQU3ARG2.tar, and the proccess failed at flashing the system, and now i'm stuck; unable to flash other firmwares.
Before that, the phone was working perfectly after I've flashed a G965U1 firmware on it, in order to get rid of the bloatware of the original branded G965U (I don't live in the US).
Also, it successfully OTA updated to the latest G965U1UEU3ARK5 Firmware just a few days ago.
Things that I've tried so far with no success:
*Used different usb ports, both usb 2 and usb 3; and different cables
*Using both an Intel-based PC, and an AMD-based. (I know it may sound unrelated, but thats actually what prevented me from flashing the G965U1 fmwr the first time I tried, because i was using and AMD PC)
*Reinstalling Drives, installing latest kies, installing latest samsung smart switch
*using older versions of Odin
*tried to install the original Sprint firmware (v2) G965USQS2ARF4 through odin
*tried to install the G965U1UEU3ARK5 firmware through odin
The phone is stuck in download mode. sometimes if I disconnect and reconnect it, I get an unrecognized usb device message. so I need to reboot the phone again to download mode so the pc will recognize it.
and the result is always a failure:
either due to rev check, with the original OEM firmware
during the installation at 'vendor'/'system' step, due to auth error, when trying the G965USQU3ARG2 Combination file or the G965U1UEU3ARK5 files with patched odin
or even before that step with older versions of odin.
I'm out of ideas... I hope someone here has the knowledge to help in some way, Please...

Guys at imeigurus has a service. Check on them. Those guys have access to special Samsung firmware that they can manipulate Samsung's as they like. They do what others can't, they can support you remotely using teamviewer. But snap the download pic here let me see

Right stock firmware, Please Help

Hi, maybe you can help me. I bought on AliExpress a new s10e sm-g970u. It's still on pie (June 2019). When i search for an ota update It doesn't find anything. What i've to do? I've to update It manually? And if yes, which Is the right update unlocked to choose in order to make It works in Italy without problems? And the right update procedure? Thank you for your help
download latest Odin on pc, go to sammobile online put in your model number and find the firmware version you need, download it on pc extract it, you should have four files, ap cp bl csc open odin on pc enter the files you have extracted on pc, plug in phone to pc enter download mode with button combination , power volume up and bixby at the same time or bixby and volume down it might take a few attempts then press start in odin and it will flash your new firmware - make sure you have all the Samsung drivers installed on pc and phone is recognised by pc if all is good there should be a blue box highlighted and in the text box it will say added! or removed if you unplug phone from pc good luck im gathering your not rooted.

First of all thank you very much.
I Hope to choose the right firmware for my phone i don't know which i should choose
if you type in your model number in sammobile page online ie sm- g970f it will bring up a list of all the firmwares for that model ie yours is sm- g960u so type that in i think you can flash any but one specific to your region is obviously best in your phone settings look up model no and software installed and you should be able to tell exactly what file you need
G970U and G970U1 Firmware Links - type in s10e on xda forum scroll down to SAMSUNG GALAXY S10E ROMS, KERNELS, RECOVERIES, & OTHER DEVELOPMENT first post!

Question My free T-Mobile US Samsung Galaxy A32 5G (SM-A326U) is stuck in the "SAMSUNG Galaxy, Secured by Knox, Powered by Android" black screen of death

My free T-Mobile US Galaxy A32 5G (SM-A326U) is forever stuck in the black "SAMSUNG Galaxy, Secured by Knox, Powered by Android" screen of death.
It has been stuck in this mode for more than a week no matter what buttons I try.
The only thing it will do is go into something called ODIN mode.
Anyone else see this?
Anyone have a solution?
Some particulars:
T-Mobile says it had only a 1-year warranty which expired last April.
It is definitely was set to Developer Options USB Mode = on
Also adb was set to run over Wi-Fi many times on this device
But the PC will no longer recognize it [via USB cable or Wi-Fi]
if you're able to get into Download mode, try out the SamFW FRP Tool. I used it numerous times to get out of the Download mode with the "Software Brick Fix" option
The tool can be dl here: SAMFW Website - SM-A326U
General unlocker has mtk boot repair that will fix it I used a few times the phone is stuck in download or brom mode

Thank you very much for your kind suggestion of using the SamFW samsung firmware site! I was dead in the water without a paddle.
Unfortunately for me, I didn't know about your suggestion at the time and I couldn't do without a phone so I convinced T-Mobile to replace the old phone under extended warranty so I never got the chance to test it out on the old phone.
But with my new replacement Samsung A326U, I tested your kind hearted suggestion above up to the point where Windows 10 Odin burns the downloaded AP, CP, CSC/HOME_CSC & USERDATA firmware onto the phone over the USB cable while the phone is in the blue Odin mode.
To help the NEXT poor soul stuck in my position, I wrote up a User Guide tutorial specifically for the Samsung Galaxy A32-5G over here:
How to un-freeze an unresponsive Samsung Galaxy A32 5G with reboot, reset, factory reset, odin mode, download mode, android recovery mode & debug modeWhich needs a LOT of work to make it useful to everyone but at least your advice kicked that tutorial off so others can benefit from my phone's demise.
One question I would love to ask you about the SAMFW Website - SM-A326U website was that there were too many choices even for my one phone, which was confusing (and, more importantly, scary for a novice).
I have not tried the (seemingly comparable?) Frija & Odin method yet, but what seems to be different upon reading a bit on Frija is that it comes up, on its own, by connecting to the phone, with the "best" firmware for that phone.
Is that a correct assumption on my part about the main difference between Frija & SamFW?
