its manufacturer,SungHun is unwilling to open source the device tree he using.​
What make development difficult,
CallMESuper and I want to make a difference.
This thread is aimed to solve this problem.
Now you have a fully working device tree that can be used to build Cyanogenmod-based ROM by yourself.

omg atleast sunghung has made a working rom for g901f, the only thing you did so far is only writing the g901f phone in your topic title ,which is misleading and dangerous, because people try to flash it on there phone because they think its also for g901f
you should edit your topic title from al your post, and come back with it when you have working rom for it

I don't have a G901F,but i still want to make some contributions to you G901F users, yeah only you guys can prove that i have a working G901F rom, i can't test G901F rom on my own G906 of course.
BTW:if i mislead you before, i feel sorry about that.

Do you mind to build RR for us? I actually tried their tutorial just to be slapped with missing paths and directories...and countless times of source download failure really ripped my innocence away. T-T

I wrote before, cm11 has some stability issues. Sometimes, transactions have slow down and ui has been unresponsive.
I tried to fix it with modifying android built-in lowmemorykiller parameters. And I did it.
I hope you can find a native solution for that. Thanks.

Thank you very much, i recently upgrade to android 10, I'm going to find out a bit about decrypting the phone first, I don't want another brick, I had a bad time updating to android 10 from android 8 OS (from software update), the best way is from recovery and make the wipes BEFORE reboot! sounds silly but it was a real pain in the 4SS :silly:

Everything is working great only audio output is very bad.
