There is a thread where you can ask to get a device forum: Here.
It is best if you link some of the ROMs and kernels and what not that has already been developed for your phone, so it is clear that there is an active development community for the a830.

Right now you can not flash any recovery if you have 5.0 running.

It looks like you already did it http://forum.xda-developers.com/lenovo-a6000/development/rom-wt88047-lenovo-a6000-plus-t3523435
You should know that your rom doesn't comply with the GPL since you don't have any source for it so it's important that you update your OP with a link to your source code, otherwise it won't be up here for long.
