Yes if you are rooted with Magisk. Install Renovate Ice Magisk ROM. In Rice Tweaks you can disable that.

I wonder when we will be getting the new setup for camera options in our lockscreen? The s4 and note has it already. Im talking about stocked lockscreen okay. Yes we have the kitkat lockscreen already in our note 3. But when we hover our finger in the camera icon shortcut it doesnt have the circle on it. And it doesnt show the arrow going up. Hmmmm. That is the reason why i dont want to put my cam shortcut to my lockscreen.

I didn't find an option to disable fingerprint gestures to access notification shade, so every 5 min I pull down notifications
