I already compiled it but couldn't flash it right. I tried to use your Moto G peregrine zip to flash it ( I took out reference to the peregrine but a no go.) I am going to try to abootimg it into a newly built newboot.img to test it out more and then I will let you know more. Thanks.
Made the boot.img but it didn't boot up.
That's weird, I got this directly from LG. Did you flash the boot.img in twrp or fastboot?

The problem I'm having is I don't know how to flash a zImage-dtb to a device. So I tried the abootimg and yes I tried it through TWRP. I can't get a dt.img to compile. I am trying to build TWRP from source so I am going through Google to try to find a way to get it flashed through a flashable zip. I am using the lv3_mpcs_us_ defconfig to see if that was the issue as I used the perf defconfig.
You could just try the command in cmd:
fastboot flash boot boot.img

How did you compile the TWRP recovery? With a kernel only? Cause if we have a solid recovery. Custom ROMs can follow.

Hi, I just got my sawfish today. And this is my first Android wear device.
I want to update my watch to OREO, now it's still on 2.9, 7.1.1.
But everytime I open my system update menu, it shows a blue screen with a circle, but I think it's not progressing. Don't know why. The previous update process from 2.0 to 2.9 did run very well.
So, do I need to update it manually? Which files do I need? Update.zip? Or boot, recovery and system image files? What is the different between them?
And how to do it?
Thank you very much
Edit: just found the solution in another thread. That is to turn off BT and connect to WiFi. Now the update process is starting to work
great. Mine always fail with auto update, hope this one will do.
---------- Post added at 11:32 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:58 AM ----------
thank you. Is the file sth like this? HUAWEI WATCH 2 BT_Update_NXH20B_release.exe, as mine always failed with the auto update?
Update: Just download and find the update.zip, what step should I do to update with it?
Hi there,
