Yes, started 3 weeks ago for me. I created a thread in the main xda forum about it. It has been answered by the forum moderator.

Where do you want it, the thread on this kernel was posted in developement until it was removed. Move it to the appropriate forum then.
Maybe it's from the new XOOM 4G that verizon accidentally leaked the other day.

No i meant how to upload from my laptop to the main sit not from mobile.
I just went onto desktop version to find out and all you do is click the paperclip icon where the fonts and stuff are, to add an attachment.
