How to get Dark notifications? - OnePlus 7 Pro Questions & Answers

How to get Dark notifications on Lockscreen and notifications on the pictures?
I can't get Substratum themes to work ok Lockscreen.

Do a reboot and after that you need to activate the overlays.

You need to install System-UI i think.
You only have android system installed.
Also, did you enable the dark theme in Oxygen theme settings?

I don't see System-UI , also, did you install and activate "Android-system default"?
This is needed to get Dark notifications.

[Theme] [SystemUI] [SKYDRAGON] [6.0.1] H2OS N-ifyed Expanded Status Bar

Hi all,
DISCLAIMER: I am NOT responsible for anything that happens to your life, device, or other personal belongings as a result of flashing this theme/mod.
So I flashed H2OS against my better judgement. To my wonderful surprise it runs great, looks great, and is pretty bug free.
But I flashed xposed and tried using N-ify. It didnt work out well. The big problem is the way they do toggles.
Its a lot like IOS in the respect that notifications are displayed in the top notification shade and the toggles are moved to a bottom shade.
That made the status bar portion of N-ify not work well.
After all that i figured "well why not disable that portion of N-ify and expand the notification header to the edges of the screen" and thats what this is.
Its a fix for the N-ify Module on 6.0.1 Skydragon H2OS ONLY.
Steps:
1. Install N-ify for Xposed
2. Disable status bar modifications in N-ify
3. Download my theme and flash it
4. Reboot
5. Profit..?

Navbar Removal

So it seems if you modify the boot.img and add qemu.hw.mainkeys=1 to the default.prop it disabled the Navbar! I'll post updated boot images in the boot images thread.
False alarm, the navbar is gone but when you lock and unlock the screen again you get the black screen.

How the devs of KangVip Rom manage to get no nabvar? Also that is a option in the original Chinese Rom, or not? Maybe looking to their build.prop would help? :good:

What rom do you have now? I've been on c432b138 and investigated about hiding navbar, but I did that it is completely gone. It is not result what I've waited. I need temporary method.
You can actually hide the navigation bar without root on the Huawei Mate 9 using a simple ADB command. I didn't know you guys were interested in this - I can write up a quick tutorial.

I know how to hide it with the adb command but I'm trying to completely remove (disable) it so I can use LMT Launcher. qemu.hw.mainkeys=1 causes the phone to boot to a black screen, it's a bug in EMUI 5. In KangVIP there's an option to remove it but I can't find out a way to remove (disable) it running a stock rom.

I don't think we're talking about the same ADB command. I'm not talking about immersive mode. The one I'm talking about completely hides (only) the navigation bar. It's an ADB command unique to the Mate 9 (possibly EMUI 5.0 but I don't have another Huawei device to verify).

How to remove sim card manager from the notification panel

I use 2 sims but i want to remove the sim manger from the notification panel
i have the same issue and have looked everywhere but found no answers, please somebody find a solution, the sim card manager on notification panel is so unnecessary
I think you can use package disabler. See here > https://forums.androidcentral.com/c...m-card-not-verizon-wireless-notification.html

Hi, works for me, but, have you built this app? If yes, would you be happy to share the source code (project)? I would like to check it out, I'm afraid to leave app out of play store on my device without knowing the source a bit.
Specifically it is curious that the app requires the permissions. I turned them off, yet the panel is gone anyway, so I would like to see what the app wishes to use those for. Maybe after restart without permissions the panel will be back. I will have to check that out later

OnePlus removed Allways on Display option!

I just received my oneplus 6 and going trough the options I was surprised that under ambient display it had three options 1. lift up to display 2. Allways on and 3. off. I like allways on and that's what I set it to and everything was good but then I got the first update and guess what OnePlus completely removed it. I guess OnePlus wants us TO SETTLE with just lift up to display
Ive noticed it too.now i use magusk root and a module that enables it..works very good ?
