Bliss OS v11.9 PIE trackpad lag - BLISS ROMS Q&A

I booted (flash drive) MacBook Pro 2015 via following image but my trackpad is lagging extremely and not usable.
Bliss-v11.9--OFFICIAL-20190526-1304_x86_64_k-k4.20-ma-gal_m-18.3.5-pie-x86-llvm80_f-dev-kernel.org
Is there any thing I am missing?

I urge you to report bugs in the Bliss OS thread so we can all help answer it. Thanks.

Please note:
I only sync and compile this rom. I use gr8nole device tree.
I built this rom and I like to share it here on xda as it is. I'm not an IT programmer (my Knowledge in programming is very limited) and I do not have very often free time.
If someone find a fix for a bug, I will recompile the rom with that fix. But I will not fix bugs by myself because I do not have the Knowledge and time to learn.
I will not respond to any comment except comments that will help me fix the rom.
Don't ask for ETA. I will try to build the rom every month when the Android security patch level is released.
UPDATE DECEMBER 2016: CyanogenMod Is Dead, and Its Successor is Lineage OS
Nice but Can I dirty flash this over gr8nole' rom?
I can confirm it works perfectly on t311 and you can dirty flash from gr8nole's CM 13
working great here, i did a total wipe then then the rom, then gapps, then supersu for good measure (i prefer it to the CM one as i dislike notifications on root stuffs). everything is lovely, although so far i've only done some normal testing/use then have had it playing perktv videos nonstop without issue.
thanks for the update(s - very appreciated!!
Doze mode is working great when using Naptime
Nice
works in my SM-T311
Thanks m8
Hope you keep maintaining this rom
I found a bug, device will shut down after using ir remote, I hope you fix this ?
Tested 2 days on T315 normal use, works flawlessly no problems what so ever with full root SU Xposed installed. all good. Thanks for the great work regards @gr8nole .
EDIT : Bugs report :
Device will restart by itself sometimes ( Not many times happens ) but it will restart when it gets little stuck or pressure sometimes
it will restart many times when using CAM application , Aftermarket CAM application installed and works fine without restarting
Whatsapp (IN APP) Cam video recording doesn't work , have to use installed cam app
Recording voice using Whatsapp isn't clear.
Second MIC (SPEAKERPHONE Mic ) doesn't work
Bluetooth Music works fine but NOT Bluetooth Calls ( In calls U only hear your voice echo )
otherwise reading other comments on other roms seems to to have more bugs.
LTE 4g and voice calls works fine, everything else works fine
IR remote works great Using PEEL SMART APP for Samsung
thanks

Very thanks!
Thank you very much for completing this ROM. I found out, that there is the DRM Bibliothek missing (SM-T310), but not on equal ROM for SM-T520 . Someone knows to fix it?
Very good rom for sm 315 and very fast. Thank you. 2 bugs: mirracast dont working, and the sound of key, i disable from options but still make sound.
Thank you so much! Your ROM runs perfect on my T310. I got one noobish question: where can I get the SuperSU? I just found one quite old thread about this. Thx in advantage!
nope, that method doesnt work with 6.0.1, had to do a dirty flash to get rid of it.

Screen off yes screen on no. I might do some screenshots at some stage but its just stock cm13, they all look the same. Its only a beta testing version, still a lot of real work to do on it before I worry about things like that.
Thank you! So this is the problem that I've had when I use the rom:
- Sometimes I cannot unlock the lock screen settings to reset the new screen lock.
- The Camera app sometimes will crash when I try to record.
- The battern drain is quite fast. (as you mentioned)
Other than these, I think the rom is really great.. :good:
Do we have to install old firmware to make wifi work?

If you have the latest update, then yes. Just flash the color is ROM mentioned in the requirements section of the op first. I'll add a smaller firmware only zip to the op tomorrow.
Hey
Nice to see development taking place for our oppo f1. Thnx fr ur hard work
I just wanted to know if VOLTE working?
Thank you
Nice ROM , Thanks!
I found some problems :
-Camera
Crash when I switch from front camera to back camera and vice versa , crash too when I switch from photo mode to video mode and vice versa.
-Battery
Battery drains fast , and the charging time is becoming fast too
sorry for my bad english
Thanks so much you two for giving this's phone hope.
I was having the same problem with battery life. Maybe 2 hours from 100-0 then miniblu suggested. Turn off all the settings in display and lights that would drain power. Yesterday I got 12 hours out of it with lite usage . The battery expected life in setting isn't correct so don't trust the expected time (it drains to 80% in like 30 min then the rest can last another 12 hr on lite usage).
-little bugs I've noticed- camera app was a bit buggy first time I opened it up. (Reboot fixes it)
-when u leave to camera app what was left on the screen is your wallpaper for 2 seconds.
I can use this phone no problems everyday. I would recommend to anyone. Just make turn of any unessasary settings in screen off and it's prefect. I found nothing else wrong with this rom.
Thanks so much for this Minblu and uberlaggydarwin
This seems like the best place to ask:
Optus in Australia released a network locked version of the Oppo f1f with some startup/shutdown branding for a reduced cost. They also disabled the second SIM slot that this phone has in other countries.
My question is, could the ability to use the second SIM slot be activated by using a custom ROM such as this one, or is it more likely that Optus have crippled or possibly even removed the actual components from the handset?
Thanks, and thank you for the development effort you're putting in to this. I look forward to trying it out over the weekend.
Audio crackling sound
Thank you very much for the effort and time that you put in making this rom possible.
I have a question.. is anybody else experiencing audio problems when using headphones or earphones? There's like a crackling sound while I'm listening to music.
Yeah. Go into audiofx and turn down the bass or vitualizer until it doesn't make that noise anymore?

I've already tried it but it didn't work. There's still this annoying sound like static. I thought it was the phone so I reverted back to coloros but when I tried, the sound is back to normal so I'm guessing it must be a bug in the cm13 rom.

IIRC Oppo claimed that the Optus F1f had the second SIM hardware physically removed.

One last question please does VoLTE works with this rom?
Problems
-Camera crash and maybe not connected
-CPU always run full load (very bad problem)
-battery drain (because cpu full load always)
-more heat (because of cpu too )
-screen backlight always on when i turn off charging
-often Battery not +℅ when i turn on charging
-in choose manual network menu not show 4g signal for select
-cpu hotplug not support in cpu tuner apps
And everything is fine :good::good::good:
This rom better than project spectrum because can boot in to twrp recovery
I hope you will fix all problems
And port rom to cm14-14.1 soon

It's to do with the digital mixers distorting the sound as it boosts it. In system/etc/ there is a file called mixer_paths_mtp.xml, where you can edit volumes through the speakers and headphones. A quick fiddle around with RX values makes it slightly better, but it's still there.

[ROOT][Android Q] Keep Q Dark Magisk Module

I found it annoying that the Q beta makes you re-enable force-dark mode in developer options every time you restart your device so I created this simple module.
This module sets the prop debug.hwui.force_dark to true in the build.prop file, making it so the force-dark option in developer tools is enabled upon restart.
This has only been tested in the Android Q Beta 6 on my Google Pixel. Though I expect this to work on any of the beta builds, I take no responsibility for any issues this may cause to your device.

The Most Stable Rom Experience for XT1642

Hello everyone,
I have been Moto G4 Plus XT1642 user for more than 3 years. It has always had ghost screen problem but that doesn't bother me much since I am not a heavy phone user. I remember that my phone was working fine with no problems when I first bought it with original rom. Later I remember that I used Lineageos for this phone model(athene) for a while. At that time Lineageos releases was hit or miss because of the some bugs from that particular release. However it was mostly stable releases.
I used Lineageos till the offical support ended(end of 2018). However latest releases was not stable for me because of the random crashes and reboots.
Because I was unsatisfied with latest Lineageos releases I started to look roms on this forum. I used unofficial Lineageos 14.1, 15.1, ArrowOS 9 and official Motorola's Android 8.1. All these roms had the same problem for me. Random reboot out of nowhere. Some also had notifications bugs etc.
What I want from a phone is basic phone functions, maps and whatsapp and browsing ability in case of emergency and no Google spyware running in the background eating my ram and data plan. So I don't use Google Apps Suite. I recently remembered that I was using Lineageos 14.1 without any issue beginning of 2018. So I searched on the internet and found a release named: lineage-14.1-20180122-nightly-athene-signed.zip
I installed this with Team Win Recovery Project. Again I skipped Google Apps Suite. I manually download apks from apkmirror and install my apps. Since starting to use this version of Lineageos I have not had a single reboot or crash. That is why I wanted to share here with you guys, for people like little requirements from a phone like me but want a stable phone that doesn't reboot when you receive an important call.
You can download the rom here (It seems like I can't post links because I have just registered to post this):
Go to anonfile dot com and add N6MeteP4nb to the end of the url
or here:
Go to gofile dot io and add ?c=vdDl9p to the end of the url.

For me, the best is Oreo at the link: https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g4-plus/how-to/stock-rom-npjs25-93-14-4-march-1-t3608138
I am looking for a very stable ROM as a daily driver for some older person that will be using Moto G4+.
I tried stock Nougat and Oreo but there was too much Google bloatware and it looks like Lineage OS runs better (at least for me).
I tried also Lineage OS 15.1 but it have some problems with SELinux. I tried most recent LOS 14.1 build with December security patch and it looks the best for me. Unfortunately it probably won't get any further security updates...
Is there any other alternatives for LOS 14.1, that will be stable and up to date and also simple and hassle-free for an older user?

Hi, do you consider that the LOS 14.1 build you tried is stable? What about the battery life?
I'm in the same situation as you are, I need the phone working for an older person, and stock 8.1 is a bit choppy and doesn't have the best battery life.
When I used the phone, I remember that stock Nougat worked great, but since downgrading is dangerous, i'm leaning to switch stock Oreo to LOS 14.1 (Nougat).
Thanks in advance.

Hi I find that ROM faster and more smoother than stock Oreo. I couldn't check if this LOS 14.1 is stable and bug free in every daily actions, but for now it looks very good and I didn't find any problems. Probably I will stay with this ROM as long as devs bring us updates LOS 15.1 looks a little bit heavier than previous version, at least for me.

Camera & Flash not working after unlocking and changing ROMs (Very new to all this)

Camera & Flash not working after unlocking and changing ROMs (Very new to all this)
Hi,
So I just did my first ever unlock on my Xperia Z5 dual E6683 yesterday and was a bit overwhelmed at first but actually started enjoying tinkering with TWRP and the adb flash tool. Anyway I was hoping to use LineageOS 17.1 Android 10 as my main OS and everything is fine (actually better than stock) except for the camera and flash which are not being detected at all. I have tried wiping and reflashing the ROM multiple times and changed versions but to no avail. I have been looking for a fix since yesterday and it seems this is a common problem. Is there any Android 10 ROM thats secure, stable and has a working camera for the Z5 or is this issue fixable? Should I started looking into "kernals"?
Things I tried:
lineage-17.1-20200722-UNOFFICIAL-sumire
lineage-17.1-20200411-UNOFFICIAL-sumire
-
OpenCamera
-
with or without Gapps
I am currently downloading a stock Z5 ROM to see if the camera works.
Thanks for your help!
UPDATE:
So the camera, flash, mic and touch sensor are all working on carbonOS but it runs on Nouget so I am missing alot of the features i am used to, still looking for a fix for LineageOS camera/mic.
Its still being worked on, Android 7 and 10 have different kernel requirements, please be patient. Also dont open a forum post if it clearly states in the lineageos 17.1 forum thread. Also keep in mind that its an unofficial rom, and also no, currently there are no stable roms with camera working.
