I have created Icons using the original Co0ckie template.
I have been using the the Hometab icons for over 2 months and no issues.
Instructions:
Copy Co0kies Cab to device.
Install the CAB and restart Sense.

The cab will replace the cht icons (toggle switches, notification and miscellaneous . Some I left as I think they look ok like the change wallpaper icons.

I have uploaded the CHTSLoco and CHTSSchedule rProgram Icons. Working on the Loco Icons, but it is going to take a while.

If you accept any "requests", it would be great to have also the state indicator icons in color

Oh no, not at all... he was the one that initially made them for first CHT, so it´s great you keep the work going

Color is great, since the originals are white and don´t mix that well with colored ones, so please in color

Rotate screen and motweets I can do using the standard or closes icon to start with, send me a sample of qik and chts links icons and I will do them.
BTW if you send me any icon I will use it in the template for use were ever you like. We can change the current icons if a better made Icon is available, If possible bigger than 90x90 .png file. Using a jpg is a bit more work to get it ussable.

Hey guys, i thought it would be nice to have a little overview of which substratum modules there are to change the icons in our statusbar on oxygenOS.
I found a few ones. If you know some more that work, please write them in the thread and i will add them in this post.
I wont add screenshots since you can see the icons most likely in playstore pictures.
Note: I only tested and can confirm to be working the statusbar options in the themes. Other theming options in the themes like framework might end in bootloop.

Go to the playstore type substratum and install , easy really then all you have to do is select the items you want to theme for example systemUI , settings , qs tiles , battery etc and install the layers , if you want a full guide then check on YouTube on how to use as always though when messing with system files please make a nandroid backup ...

Only 2 icons get changed. So not really worth it i guess, but ill add it to list.
I tried Belo (paid), which is really nice, but doesn't theme the WiFi icon. Will keep searching for more...

Yea, wifi icon is a problem in a lot of themes. It workes though in ModernUI, Compound and Outline.
All other icons work in Belo? Then i will add it.

No specific status bar options in these, but they're the only (I think) themes that are actually fully compatible with OOS

Oh shoot, my bad. There are indeed no status bar options in this mod. I thought this thread was for substratum themes in general. Still a great addition imo, the black theme is dope!

Yea, Swift is great. Can be combined with the statusbar themes here too.
@MarcTremonti is the battery icon changing with Compound theme. For me it doesn't change and the icon shows battery is always full

Yea battery icon isnt changing in any theme i think. I use 3minit battery mod for that.

I am learning to make substratum themes, am pretty successful and I want to make one specially for the statusbar. It would be 100% compatible with non one ROMs like oos.
I have some pretty cool icons already, but I don't have that much ideas anymore
So, if you want, you can post or describe an icon u want to have themed.
I will do it, and publish on play store.
All ideas are appreciated

I don't know why it shouldn't, but i haven't tested it yet on oos...
I am very fond of old cm theme engine because of one of the best feature to apply icon pack in trebuchet which is ceased with substratum .
Anybody have any idea for support of icon pack in trebuchet los through substratum.

The icon pack support is much deeper than just a launcher icon replacement. We do have plans for it but we also want to wait for Android O since there is a bunch of icon adaptive code we could hook into.

Unfortunately ,Its still wip with very few Whatsapp and youtube like apps have icon change with pitch black theme.may with O new adaptive icon api wil help as Sir said.

With respect to the original poster, I concur...
I don't see much value in having Substratum theme icons, and am concerned that attempting to add this to Substratum would add unnecessary overhead and bloat to the code...
I agree with the position that a custom launcher is the best way to deal with icons.

Useless? System wide, not on launcher only... For ex. A nova launcher theme won't change the icons on recents while a system wide theme would...

Personally I don't care mate but the guy was talking about system wide theme, not partial... It's like going to the restaurant, ask for lobster and they only give you shrimps because lobster is too expensive :laugh:
It's possible to do but you'll have to install packages for all apps that you want themed. So like I have 200 apps installed already then would need to install 200 icon apk's to do it. Most themers aren't concerned about it. Was nice on CM but not worth the hassle my $.02.

Also there is a small bug on the Wifi icon on the status bar. The little arrows right next to the wifi icon (which indicate that data is being downloaded or uploaded) are almost hidden behind the wifi icon rather than been clearly next to it.

are you using s7 roms?
because those arrows can just be hidden in S8/n8/s9 roms by this theme.

oh thats the reason. this theme is for S8/higher. the elements on the status bar are a bit different from s7edge rom's. so that the s8 theme cannot "theme" those arrows of s7edge.
another one is the battery icon of s7edge, which isnt themed by this theme either.

The theme is really good only bug is in wifi icon on status bar... Needs a fix
