Short story of creation of Alarm Continue.
I wanted to solve: How not to hate the songs that i put on for my alarm. The solution had 4 options.
1. Select some of your favourite music and then every time the alarm triggers a song will be randomly choosen, so you never know which one is next.
2. Don't play the music from the beggining every single time. Just continue from the moment it stopped.
3. Combine both 1. and 2.
4. Or just put the phone on vibrate, no music, no sound
That is how this app was created after months of work.
For everyday I added BEDTIME which is a one of the main features. Why? Because we humans don't have a pause button. If you want to get consistent sleep and wake up rested, just stick to a routine. Go to bed at 22:30, so you fell asleep till 23:00 and then get 8 hours of sleep and wake up rested at 7:00 and NO SNOOZING (I don't support snoozing)
All Features:
Music alarm – choose your favorite music
Resume the song from the moment it previosly ended
Every alarm are slowly increasing the volume and vibration
Set alarms for specific days
Built-in Bedtime - setup your wake and bedtime for CONSISTENT sleep.
Upcoming bedtime notification
Random song from your selection for that alarm
Alarm doesn't stop until swiped down
NO SNOOZE
Custom animations that are randomly choosen when the alarm or bedtime goes off
Small size < 5MB
ALL alarms will slowly start. First with vibrations and then will go louder and louder.
Totally FREE and NO ads what so ever. So it is AD-FREE.

[APP][2.1+] Mobile Alarm System 1.2.3

Mobile Alarm System is an extensive burglar alarm app that can be used in many ways.
Besides sounding an alarm it can also trigger a silent alarm with email or sms notification or by dialing a number. At the same time it can take a picture with the front or rear camera.
Like this, the possibilities are unlimited. For example it can be used:
to raise an alarm when someone unplugs your phone from the charger
to find out who is using your phone (by silently taking a picture)
to raise an alarm when someone removes important documents that lie on your phone
just to fool someone
as a babyphone
There are 6 sensores:
Movement
Proximity
Unplug
Unlock
Noise
Camera
Features:
Email, sms and call notification
PIN lock (though it is recommended to standard lock of the phone)
Take a picture
8 different sounds included
Custom sounds
Alarm delay
Customizable sensitivities for movement, noise and camera
The Lite version doesn't include:
Movement and camera sensor
PIN lock
Notifications

[APP][FREE][2.2+] Voice Snooze Alarm

Hi there,
I've developed an alarm which you can snooze or deactivate using your voice! It's called Voice Snooze Alarm https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gp.voicesnoozealarm
{

"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",

}
I've been using it for quite a lof of time and works like a charm, specially since you don't need to pronounce correctly for snooze, useful when you are trying to wake up.
Pretty easy to use:
****** Instructions ******
- Add alarm with your desired options
- Once the alarm is beeping/vibrating wait till the voice recognition is on, this will pause the alarm to let microphone record clearly.
Now you have 3 choices:
1. Say nothing, it will detect silence and it will resume.
2. Say deactivate command, if it hears you clearly the alarm will be deactivated.
3. Say any other word or any sound and the alarm will snooze. If snooze time limit is reached, it will ensure that you wake up
Have a nice wake up!!
Btw if anyone has a suggestion let me know, I'd be willing to evaluate its implementation. Thanks!!
I post again, new functionality has been added! Now there is a snooze time limit which once it's reached an alarm like a 'tornado warning' will sound and it will not be possible to snooze anymore!
Few people told me that it was so easy to snooze that in the end they woke up late :crying: :crying: with this new feature, it will ensure that you wake up one time
Over 1000 downloads!! :good: :good: :good:

Smile Clock - an alarm clock app with only one purpose, making sure you start your day smiling!
Unlike other alarm clock apps, Smile Clock's alarm can only be turned off by smiling at your phone
(No worries, snoozing is still an option).
With Smile Clock, you can choose the first thing you want to hear and see when your alarm clock goes off, just as long as it puts a smile on your face.
Smile Clock remembers each time your alarm clock goes off and saves your picture smiling in your own special gallery, so you can share them later with your friends and family!
Download free from Google Play:

Or download apk directly:

BTW, the app is still in its early steps and I would be more than happy to hear your suggestions/opinions, thanks!
Update: Added link to download apk.
Looks nice! I'll be sure to check it out
This got recognition on XDA Portal very late but it is surely a good start. Thanks for your amazing app! Test next morning!
http://www.xda-developers.com/android/smile-clock-alarm-makes-you-grin-to-stop-the-ring/
nice app
Suggestion...
► Enable app brightness to 100% while the Alarm goes off....better face & smile detection in the morning as lights are off in the room.
► Switch app orientation to Portrait, most will never hold the phone in landscape mode when the alarm goes off in the morning.
Great App & Good Job!!
Appreciate the work done!!
How to apply
How Possible
I'm not sure about it whether this may be practical.. becoz when we get up in the morning to stop the alarm clock, its already darkness in the room.. and when u get up to switch light then who cares about smile pic

Beta on the Play Store
What does it do?
It acts as a sleep timer for the Netflix app, putting it to sleep after a set period of time.
How does it work?
It works by initially lowering the volume and brightness of your display, so you don't get awoken by the sudden silence if you're using it at night. It then closes the Netflix app, puts your display to sleep (by changing the display timeout to it's lowest setting), then puts all your settings (volume etc) back to their original values. Job done.
Why does it need permission to modify system settings?
Two reasons:
It needs this permission to be able lower the screens brightness to gently sleep the Netflix app.
To turn your device off afterwards, the technical choices were either a, set the timeout to the lowest level and let the device put itself to sleep, or b, request device admin permissions to allow the app to manually turn off your screen... I don't know about you but I'm not too keen on giving apps admin access to my device
Known issues
There is currently no way to interrupt the app, so if it triggers at the set time, you just have to wait for it to finish - This will be resolved in the next release.
Just found out the app beta didn't actually publish so no one could download it ??
My bad.. It's up now (link in OP) ?
