->Google killed Substratum support in Pie. You can use it, however, you need to be rooted. We don't support rootless Substratum.
-Which Gapps are recommended?
->OpenGapps and BitGappps
-Will this ROM relock the bootloader?
->No.
-What about XPOSED?
->XPOSED is still in the beta stage. We like Xposed but it messes up with the system so before giving any bug reports make sure you have Xposed uninstalled.
-When Will Be the Next Update?
->No ETAs, please. ROM Will be updated whenever the new build is ready by your maintainer. We generally provide monthly updates with the latest security patches and new features.

I just can guess, your phone got encrypted. You have to go back to TWRP and select Format Data, but in this way all your personal data and files will be lost.

I decrypted my phone, because it couldn't boot. Can I re-encrypt it in the settings or it won't boot again?

Torch not working.
QS tile torch not working. I did try to remove it from QS and then reboot add method/trick but it didn't help. Kindly look into it.

Thanks for reply. I tried cleaning caches in recovery but issue is still present. Idk if mine is standalone case.
Ps- 1.After reboot brightness goes automatically low. Auto brightness is off.
2. Sometimes traffic indicator disrepair rapidly even though it's set on 0kb(always visible).
3. Digital wellbeing is missing?

Does aex have swap back and recent feature ??like this

i like Google Dialer and massages more than aosp Dialer and massages app.fist I install aex rom with gapps rom was great...but updater notification was showing thare is a update but that was without gapps can make a simple change that it will only check for aex with gapps only...
now I'm using without gapps version... it was great too... thanks for your hard work

Yes I got that update notifications too, I will fix it soon don't worry. For now no need to download anything via the OTA app.

Is the new update bugged on the camera? It works the other apps, but the native one does not. The radio signal is also strange. My SIM Card 2 is disabled, but shows the status as if it was activated (but no network).

I don't see any issues with the default camera(miui camera), could u provide logs? And also the radio signal issue will be fixed in next update, fix is already up in aex Gerrit.

On the camera, if no one reported anything, it could be my fault. I took a lot of it to install Gcam previously, but should this new ROM upgrade override any version or problem? Other cameras are working, including apps, like WhatsApp.

->Actually the updates we provide monthly are heavily changed and modified than the previous builds. New stuff is merged and added. So we don't provide incremental updates and recommend a clean flash.

->Google killed Substratum support in Pie. You can use it, however, you need to be rooted. We don't support rootless Substratum.

Sir im using ur superb rom so i have the version 23 so how can i update the rom with this new u posted do i have flash it again as wipe everything again or flash it without wiping i mean above it please guide me im downloading the latest version 26

It seems that Notch is not defined in the ROM so apps doesn't recognize the Notch. Anyway to enable it? The option in Dev settings creates bigger ugly Notch.

I tryed this recovery,and it does not work. It gives me error when try to flash

many apps doesn't work on full screen on latest ROM sir..

The lockscreen bug has been fixed in the wrappedkey supported LOS, and I hope that it would be fixed here soon as well. I really love this ROM tho ?

->The updates we provide monthly are heavily changed and modified than the previous builds. New stuff is merged and added. So we don't provide incremental updates and recommend a clean flash.

->We recommend Magisk

->Google killed Substratum support in Pie. You can use it, however, you need to be rooted. We don't support rootless Substratum.
-Which Gapps are recommended?
->OpenGapps and BitGappps
-Will this ROM relock the bootloader?
->No.
-What about XPOSED?
->XPOSED is still in the beta stage. We like Xposed but it messes up with the system so before giving any bug reports make sure you have Xposed uninstalled.
-When Will Be the Next Update?
->No ETAs, please. ROM Will be updated whenever the new build is ready by your maintainer. We generally provide monthly updates with the latest security patches and new features.
-Adaway is not working

-SElinux Linux mode changer app is not working nor Busy Box installer app is working.

You just need wipe 5 and flash rom only, don't flash magic or any kernel you will get bootloop.

I am sure that's what I did
It is not working on 128gb variant
Other people with RMX1807 confirmed not booting with them
I tested it with gapps , without gapps ,with magisk , without magisk
Also tested it on twrp recovery and on r2x2,,I know dev will say use twrp from same develibut I confirm not working
Another rom which didn't work on my device was modded stag os rom which my he from same developer
I think he has issues in. His roms with 128 gb variant

Front camera only capturing 4mp photos

Stock camera can't save captured image

Trying the ROM since the past 2 days...Great effort...always loved AOSP.Ex roms..some issues found as of now..
1. Wifi & Cellular signals are not proper. ColorOS had signals where this rom doesn't. Hope you can fix it.
2. Front camera says only 4MP.
3. Gesture Navbar a bit unstable (personal opinion)
Other than these.. a perfect daily driver. :good: thanks
Edit : Bluetooth earphones don't work with the rom..crashed all the apps that uses audio..had to restart

After updated to latest build (27Apr) still front camera only capturing 4MP Photos.

After 27th April Update, the BT device issues have been solved.

can i using stormbreaker kernel in this rom?

Buggy status bar
Traffic indicator is not showing on the status bar and wifi logo is replaced with just a dot. Otherwise no bug is there as of now. Great work! Cheers!!!:good:

its not bad. i dont use my 5x as a phone anymore but i do use it for browsing various things. i havent had any issues other than some lag when opening slide for reddit. any chance of adding exfat support?

The version provided on this thread is (for now) very unstable. I recommend using Svlog's version ( https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=4349826312261820472 ).
For your question about ExFAT support, I am not part of the development team so I can't add functionalities, sorry.

Have you tried any version of Google Camera 5.1.XXX on this ROM or are you asking users of this ROM? 5X comes with Google Camera 5.1.XXX on Stock Android 8. I'm sure you can find one version of it in Apkmirror.
Aosp doesn't have any camera installed by default. This comes when installing gapps, depending on which one your install.
If you haven't already tested it, I would actually be interested to know if anyone using this AOSP has managed to installed any version of Google Camera.

We actually extracted the original last version of the gcam app in stock os. But it crashes on android 10. That version of gcam is optimize for bullhead and takes better pictures than any other gcam mod

It takes better picture if you remember the cam quality of our stock os. It is not a modded version so it doesn't work properly on android 10. Only on 8.1
