I get messages but I can not send. I have this error when I do not use a Samsung ROM and its messaging app.

samsung galaxy note korean version. cannot send sms. error message " no caller id". I also installed go sms and handscent but message sending failed.

After I installed the GMS and Playstore through Googlefier, I downloaded Google Duo. However, it doenst work and gives an error message each time I try to add my phone number "Unable to send the request". Please assist.
