Try to flash phone again go and install x7. If your phone give signs and can go to recovery mode maybe you can do it.

Try pressing volume down button instead of volume up. The combination keys may be different. I never figured out how to enter recovery mode correctly on this phone, I always tried different combinations. The menu that you are seeing is present on all mtk phones. I'm not really sure if 'all' but I had this too on my Doogee Y6 and there is also a video on YouTube that explains each and every feature of this menu. Try pressing volume down + power button while the phone is completely off. Sometimes you may enter fastboot mode but I recommend you try different combinations. I know it can be a pain in the ass with this phone.

Having same problem. I already tried factory setting option also paperclip / hard boot option. not working any thing.
This happens while installing one of game (angry bird space) mobile complained with corrupted file and 2 times i tried. after that I try to switched off WIFI & JuiceDefender and then some applications complaining about not working. So I rebooted and then no screen comes at all.
Do I need to use update from SD from recovery option? or something else. I am afraid some thing badly happens and that's why my Micromax A100 superphone could not boot at all.

[Q] How to boot in recovery console on Lenovo A5000

Hi guys,
title speaks for itself
I have tried every single method that came up from google:
Recovery Mode Lenovo A5000
Turn off the device
Press and hold Volume UP key + Power Key for a few seconds
Release all key when Android Recovery Mode appears
Use Volume keys to select
Use Power key to confirm
Click to collapse
The combination should be-->
-->Simultaneously press&hold Power button & Volume+ and Volume- (Yes,both volume buttons).
If by using this combination the phone just shutdowns or restarts.....Simultaneously press&hold Power button & Volume+ and Volume- >Release all buttons when the Lenovo logo (the first static logo) disappears.
Click to collapse
...or use a sequence--> Simultaneously press&hold Power button & Volume+ and Volume- -->Release only the Power button when the Lenovo logo appears-->Keep on pressing both Volume(+&-) buttons until you enter the recovery mode.
Click to collapse
don't remove your fingers until it boots up.. much better if you press first the volume keys before you power on.. keep pressing all together until it opens. or you might end up booting the chinese recovery.
Click to collapse
With Vol Up+Power button managed to get this:
Select boot mode:
[VOLUME_UP to select. VOLUME_DOWN is OK>]
[Recovery Mode] <<==
[Fastboot Mode]
[Normal boot]
Click to collapse
i can change selection with Vol Up (move arrow), but neither Vol Down or Power button acts like OK button
Tried to reboot to recovery from app it returns "no command" error.
After that i found what is key combination (i think) hold down volume up and down and power button. after 5+ seconds release power button, but keep pressing volume buttons. But no command error again.
I really need recovery console, cuz i want to install xposed but if i get stuck in bootloop will...well, will get stuck
Well, also tried to plug-in USB cable while holding Volume UP ad Volume DOWN buttons, to see will it shows in adb. Result is "no command" again. But i can see device attached when using build-in cd-rom + usb debug enabled
For me , Button Combination never Works Exactly , but when i Reboot into Recovery (using Rashr app etc) , then same No Command Window Appears and then i Press Power Button Again and Recovery Window Appears... No Command Error Shows , Simply Press Power Button again Like for 0.5 Seconds , Recovery Screen Shows Up, Works for me.. ...
And also me Using Same 4.4.2 , i installed Xposed (Not From Recovery) and Never Got a Bootloop...
For Now i am using TWRP , Working Well , But Still Button Combination is Really Annoying For me...
Yeah I have very large fingers and those damn buttons are very small lol so its aggravating, but a real life saver when everything is frozen rock solid ..try that button combo on an LG g4 , its taken me an hour of reboots to finally get to recovery, why put such tiny hardware buttons on the back of the phone ffs
Through my ancient eyes comes the certainty of decay... LG G4 & L 70
Thanks guys, but i've managed to flash TWRP recovery and don't have No command error, anymore
Need help
I tried twrp recovery by sp tool but i am unable to go to recovery mode. I m using vol+ with power it takes me to menu but i m unable to select by vol down there

Power Off Your Mobile , Now Press Vol+ , Vol- and Power Button all At the Same Time Until your Phone starts again and you See Lenovo Logo (Below Written Powered By Android) , then after 5 Seconds Release All .... Now wait , and you'r in Recovery Now .... Works For me...
Or you can Try "adb reboot recovery" , this one works for me too...
If None of these Working , then Re-flash Recovery and Check again (Try flashing Recovery Using different Method Like using Rashr App)...

Recovery mode - Device buttons are not working

I have a micromax doodle 4 (Q391) with broken power and volume down buttons and its stuck in boot logo. So whenever I connect my phone to charger it will turn on and just keep showing the logo. However, I'm managed to enter recovery mode to reset device or wipe data BUT as I mentioned the power button is not working to select nor the volume button is working around to highlight options. Since its stuck in bootloop, I can't even enable usb debugging.
Btw, the battery can't be removed in this model. All I have is a reset button, volume up button and If i give some hard push on volume down its working sometimes. Some help would be very useful. Thank you.
After the vibration that you notice at the time you start your mobile you need to hold down the volume down button first (don't press both of them simultaneously) and then press and hold down the power button to boot into recovery menu.

I have a broken power button but I'm able to boot into recovery in a different way. My question is "How to select options in recovery mode with power button not working?".
Visit a nearby micromax service center and get it repaired I don't own a micromax but I hope that the price for repairs are nominal.
How ??

GT-P5110 unable to reboot directly to recovery after twrp installation

full stock, unrooted, GT-P5110
... connect to odin (3.12 PC)-> uncheck auto reboot -> install twrp -> PASS -> unplug cable from usb
but all I seem to be able to do is reboot into system.
I :-
hold power button for 1 sec, 2 secs, 3 sec.... trying to just turn it off (instead of reboot)
hold vol down + power button,
hold power button + tap volume down,
just hold vol down,
tap power button (does nothing), only long press restarts.
hold power button till screen goes black and then hold vol down + tap pwr button
hold power button till screen goes black and then hold vol down + hold pwr button
hold power button till screen goes black and then hold vol down on its own
search forum
pull hair out
type this
each time reinstalling twrp
any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
thanks

well that's strange, as, on my device, from off:
Volume UP + power takes me to download mode... I have done this several times and it asks me to confirm by then pressing down.
AND, from off
Volume DOWN + power takes me to recovery.
and doing a search, via google and xda all agree with me.
.. but thanks
I never said I couldn't get into recovery... I cannot get from odin into recovery without it first rebooting and therefore wiping my flash.
edit: So I tried it anyway, and got back into download mode, which in a way is kinda good news as, my logic, if I can get back into download mode from a reboot then I should be able to get into recovery from a reboot.
Same same but slightly different

I am having the exact same problems and tried exactly the same things. I am just not able to install twrp because of this. ( I read that it overwrites the recovery with the stock one when you are not going straight into recovery mode after installation) I am stuck at the “Samsung Galaxy note 10.1” screen if try to go straight into recovery.
What is strange though is that with my device: VOLDown (towards the power button) + Power button takes me to download mode and the other combination supposedly to the recovery mode.
This is so frustrating. Done this so many times with other devices but this one just does not give up… I just want to get rid of all bloatware and other crap…..

I am currently doing just that! Using the files from autoroot . chainfire . eu (can not post links yet haha) . I will let you know how it went!
UPDATE:
It worked! I rooted my device first. After that I flashed my recovery via the TWRP app. I also must say that my device is the GT-N8010 (p4notewifixx). I got confused of all the different models. Still I think it will work with your model aswell! Good luck!

Download mode

Hello.
What kind of combination of keys enter the "download mode" mode?
Vol down plus power does not work on the off U12 +, and under the system it even diminishes in dignity despite pressing "power".
Vol UP and power also does not work.
Boot to Bootloader and than select Download Mode with volume buttons (working for me).
From system you can try:
adb reboot download

Since u12+ has no physical button, and the edge sense doesn't support combine key,the method to enter the bootloader is special.
STEP.1 Press POWER button for 10s to hard reboot, you should feel a long vibration.
STEP.2 When you feel the vibration, press the VOL DOWN button immediately.Keep pressing it until you enter the bootloader.
STEP.3 Use VOL UP&DOWN to switch,POWER to enter

Good question. I am missing a twrp developing thread as there are already guys testing, but they only posted in the ordering threads:crying:
It works a little bit different on all treble A/B enabled devices. Those got two boot images, boot_a and boot_b, and don't have a recovery partition any more, as it got incorporated into the boot partitions, and is thus sharing it's space with the kernel. All previous device as well as treble A-only ones still had a separate recovery partition. But that very fact changed with such devices as the U12+ which got full treble support with seamless updates.

After booting in recovery mode I see a red triangle and cannot get any further. Power+VolUp and any other key combinations seems doesn't work.

The haptic keys don't work in combination, only one-at-a-time, so there must be some other way.

Lol, I take it this is your first Android phone? That's the normal stock Recovery. As it was said before, combination of buttons do not work. In Bootloader and Download Mode the volume buttons are switching selections and power selects the highlighted option.

On the older HTC's you could hold volume up and down then press power to enter the stock recovery options. I remember doing this with the M8 I think, it's been quite a while. Lets see if I remember how to embedd images, lol
Nope, lol

Yes I understand that part for combo buttons to enter recovery, bootloader and download. Now it is power down and restart holding down volume down button. However there is nothing to do while in stock recovery.

I didn't explain fully, my bad. When you accessed the stock recovery with the red triangle with the exclamation mark, that's when you held power down, up and press power to access the screen shot I attached before. Those were the stock recovery options.
It's irrelevant at this point since I don't think they include those options anymore for the newer stock recoveries. I could be wrong though.
I haven't tried to boot into the stock recovery in years so I haven't checked if it was included in the latest phones. I'm supposed to get my 12 today, I'll try to play around and see if it's included in this one, but I'm not holding my breath.
Edit: I love your themes BTW.

This works on all HTC devices prior to 12+. The question is only about the subj phone.
Easiest way - From powered off state, hold Vol down button and connect the usb cable to either power outlet or a PC, will boot to download/recovery/ etc .

There is no problem to boot into FastBoot mode and then choose any other option: Download/Recovery/System.
The issue is that I can't pass Recovery Red Triangle. HTC support also recommends to hold Power while pressing VolUP, but this does not work on U12+ with the haptic buttons.
