Hello people,
I am new to this forum, so sorry in advance if I don't know how things work here. Anyways, here is my question or problem that I am facing, and I would request you to please help me with the same.
I recently got an OTA update for my Oneplus One and upgraded it to CM12 OS [YNG1TAS17L]. Since, I am facing a few software issue, which are minor but still not acceptable. I want to know if I can get any firmware updates for the above version that might help me solve the problems. I don't know how to flash or root, or whatever all that is!!
Thanks in advance

If you took the OTA via official means then you're already on the correct firmware for that build.

Not 'officially' yet, although its not far away (a few weeks hopefully).
You can flash the cm nightlies, which are the latest of the latest. Or many other roms that are 5.1.1.
my understanding is that a non-official roms doesn't always "sit" well. So what is the latest official? 5.0.1? Thanks!
Oxygen OS and Cyanogen OS are both on 5.0.2
Thank you

Hi community,
I have a Galaxy S8+ (Model SM-G955FD) with firmware G955FXXU1AQJ5 installed in it. I wanna root it, install TWRP Recovery and eventually switch to a custom rom on this device. Can anyone post a tutorial to do so?
Thanks in advance.

Hello. I have a OP9 LE2117 USA version. Android 12. I've searched the forums for days but didn't find this solution. I get the TWRP loading screen but then it goes to the Crashdump screen every time.
Is this because of android 12?
If you can point me in the correct direction I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much.
[RECOVERY][3.7.0-12.1][UNOFFICIAL][UNIFIED] TWRP with A12/A13 encryption support
This is an unofficial build of TWRP, based on the Android 12.1 branch, that supports encryption used by Android 12 and 13 ROMs. This build is tested on OP9 pro, but it was confirmed to work on regular OP9 too. As always I'm not responsible for...

Did you use this twrp?
I didn't know about this twrp, thanks. But last night I learned that lineageos doesn't support my model so now I have to find a different supported rom
Also used this version of TWRP with success.
Although lineageos doesn't officially support the tmobile versions, you should be able to make it work. I was able to get the tmobile 9 pro going with the help of another thread on the forum. Have you had time to look through the recent threads?

LE2127 OnePlus 9 Pro Custom ROM (T-Mobile)

This is for the 9 pro so it won't directly help you, but at least you know there are options out there.
