I cannot change/lock bands through network signal guru. I tried it on miui then changed to PE., Fashed the latest firmware(9.5.30) still i am not able to lock it. Can somebody help?
network guru app cannot support 675 SoC now. wait plz

It does work in Redmi note 7 pro
Personally tested and working just fine lol even after changing roms lol I'm currently on AEX but it was working fine in EU or Stock MIUI

Stock miui version n was it china or global? As i am on 10.3.7 global stable and it doesnt seem to work for me.
2300 is high speed data 1800 is medimum speed data + coverage medimum
850 is high coverage and low speed data

I am too getting network issues on my violet. The coverage isn't good in my area either. But I don't wanna root now, got my device just 2 days ago. So is there any workaround to get better speeds without using network signal guru for now.
I found the problem and solved it.
The bands were not changing because my sim was in sim slot 2 because i was using mem. Card and the sim tray has sim 1 and mem crd on the same slot and the other slot which is free is the 2nd sim slot. I dnt knw why redmi would do this but seems as of now network signal guru is not working for sim 2.
Is it working in sim 1?

Guess what folks? I have poco f1 also and NSG did not work in stock miui. Tried changing sim from sim 2 to sim 1 and it started working. Thanks for informing have kept fingers crossed for redmi note 7 pro hope it works in sim 1

I have distributer card that is unlocked and worked on any mobile. Secondary it's working on other 4g enable mobile other then lyf also!

Did you set proper apn?
I remember somebody in a chat replicating all properties of a lyf phone via xposed device emulator.
Things worked for him. Not sure it's cm13 or any other though.
You may try rr, darkobas or sultan builds to check if it works on any of those.

I got the Jio sim using by generating the code from Samasung Galaxy Note 4. Activated and claimed the 3 months unlimited offer. But after inserting it to the OPO, the signal is not at all getting detected. I even tried the IMEI Changer pro app to spoof Note 4 IMEI in my phone, but still no network. Any ideas?
I am on Sulta CM13 ROM. Even tried on fusion jack build. No network.

i generated the code from opo itself and bought the sim, although it yet to be activated. but i am hearing that initially it gives 2gb then you have to activare the offer some how . did you activate the unlimited offer ?? if so how?

Since I brought the sim from code generated via Samsung note 4 and activated the sim using note 4. Since you generated code from opo, try activating the offer via Oppo itself by installing all the jio apps and then check for avail offer button.
The jio sim did not work in my opo in bangalore as it's missing LTE 850mhz band. If the network catches in you opo, please update.
In cm-12.1-YOG4PAS3JL im getting signal.. but "sign in to jio" msg in statusbar and cant connect to net ?

Reliance Jio 4G didn't work with CM 12.1 nor with CM 13.1 for me. I couldn't register onto the network and thus didn't get any signal. After flashing Oxygen OS 2.1.4 on my Oneplus One, it works without any problems.
Hello im using jio 4g without any issues here on cm13 official with oxygen os modem, i didn't try any other modem. Make sure your sim is activated, and activate the data and voice by tele verification, if you wont be able to try the 1800.. Hotline number from other sims not jio( thats the solution for sign in message in status bar too).
I am facing issue with the sim network. If network is not available for sometime like a minute or may be less than that. Redmi note 7 pro doesn't connect to any network and shows that no sim is inserted. Phone needs restart to connect to the network again. Anyone facing the same issue.

Backup data and Flash the stable latest stable ROM from website. I had the same issue it was resolved by this method. Latest Update is Buggy

It happened with me also on 10.3.7 as well its previous version everytime when turned data off but moved to xiaomi eu rom till now it doesn't happened again.

I have tried PE rom and this doesn't support Network Signal Guru app from play store.
But it support stock miui rom.

The pack give 0KBps on my RN7Pro but 1-2MBps on my sister's RN7Pro. Her phone is as it is and I had went to Pixel Experience then Pixel Plus then after faatboot recovery back to MIUI and also updated to the latest version.
The issue seems only with my phone and I am unable to tell why.
