Is it possible to root and flash the international firmware onto the t-mobile oneplus 7 pro and sum unlock the t-mobile oneplus 7 pro device as long as root it at the sometime? If yes could someone please drop a link or send me a private message me and help me out with this procedure.I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks In advance!!!

I am kinda new to this. I am trying to figure out how to sim unlock a phone. I have had someone unlock a phone for me remotely. And I would like to learn how to do this.
I have figured out how to get MSL code using adb.
When getting my phone unlocked the guy asked me to switch my qualcomm to dm+adm+modem. Why?
Is there a guide out there how to do this?
Is there commands I can use in ADB?
What files am I looking for?
Is it the same basic process for all android phones?
If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

Most processes are different depending on the model number and the stock firmware version.

There is none. You will not get this unlocked until a diy method becomes available. Or rather until someone knowledgeable enough becomes interested enough. Which may be never

Did anyone succeed with unlocking the sim on TMobile. TMobile absolutely refuses to unlock it because I can't contact the old owner. An idea would be using parted to delete modemst1. Any help would be appreciated
