The apk file is listed on some sites but, as you would expect, I wouldn't really recommend grabbing and installing from there, you might be able to extract icons though. You can rename a .apk file to .zip and extract.
I totally forgot about Buff... I used to maintain a Buff-related ROM and theme back in the HTC Hero days.

I'd forever be thankful, i'm sure alot would like this. Buuf Icons are so unique.

Or can give some information on how to build an icon set?
I still use Buuf down to this day. I just the icons manually. Get an Buuf icon pack from the creator (he still host them down to this day) or extract the highest resolution from an icon pack (ive gotten them from Linux themes and old photobucket accounts.)

Don't see how it can be slower. The files I've replaced are the same file sizes as the stock. So it shouldn't be using more resources. I've not notice a performance hit on my device. Anyone else with performance issues?

First, thanks for trying out my theme. Here's the problem with your request. The little icons i made for the home tab (phone, calendar, and alarm) were actually all in one particular manila file. This manila file unfortunately also contains pieces of the digital clock. So, it's all or nothing.
Since I thought the transparent clock is more popular, I decided to go with that. If more people raise this issue, then I'll make a version with the stock clock.

Love the theme, but the stock clock style is more visible in bright sunlight.

I'm currently running fresh Rom 1.1 and am looking for a flashable zip to change my icons to the new sense UI icons. I feel like I searched the entire forum for this and still nothing. Anyone? Thanks
edit: for some reason i could not get it to run because of a lockscreen theme that i had installed...after fresh install everythin is nice..i have a signed zip with a few extra updated icons for 2.1 like the maps..etc. i just dont know how to upload an here =\

yeah, i also would like the sense 2.0 icons without the AOSP 2.1 icons. Alot of the icons in sense 2.0 didnt change and were replaced with the 2.1 icons in that zip....

well im kinda new at this so idk how to make a signed zip..... i installed the zip from that thread, then removed the messages and google talk applications, and reinstalled them to get their stock icons back...its kinda tedious but its the only way that i know how to do it haha....

Hi all people ...i was just looking around in forums for a nexus one theme but there was not even a single good one out there but ten the Darkedge UI for motodroid got my attention and just wanted to have it on my nexus one so i just downloaded the MotoDroid version of morph and installed on my nexus using metamorph application and guess what it worked as a charm. It does not even lags and yes I have not modded any thing in the zip file.
THIS IS NOT MY THEME AND I HAVE NOT EVEN TOUCHED THIS FILES JUST TRIED ON MY NEXUS AND IT WORKED
THIS THEME BELONGS TO XEUDOXUS
requirments:
CyanogenMod-5: Kang Central Station (STABLE) [5.0.6]
just install using metamorph as a regular theme file.
I have also uploaded the icon pack of Darkedge. Apply it with Metamorph as a regular theme and it will update all the apps that you have and if you don't have that app then it will skip that task
--"use the nexus live wallpaper but change colour scheme to ZION and background to dark. NOW IT LOOKS PERFECT"
--use the icon pack morph to update the icons
--and the app morph in the original thread is the morph for updating the theme of some applications.......be carefull as some applications such as facebook.....are updated with black background with black text on them.....making it hard to read.

USEFUL COMMENTS/INSTRUCTIONS
OK......this slider in metamorphs settings is.....that it will delay the restart process after the theme is applied.....so if u set the slider too up then it will take very long to start the process resulting in geting stuck.....or if you set it too low....then it will restart too often making it extremely hard to copy all files in system.....and resulting in reboot sequence and eventually you will have to flash the rom again....so keep trying with change in the delay slider.....with gradual changes as if you were overclocking.... ..

never happed to me but check your metamorph settings and at the bottom you will see a slider. Try to decrease it and then just apply the framework and see what happens. But dont bring it all the down to 0 or it will reebot often

Hey,got a quick question: I'm trying to install the red icons with better cut - There's a few that won't let me change them, like messages, people,and camera...says "the linked program is no longer installed on your phone" Any ideas of how I can get them to change? It will create the icon,but when I press it, that's the message I get. It's not the red icons, because it'll do it with any icon or pic I try. It has something to do with the particular app itself... any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Try using Folder Organizer Lite from the Market and see if it can change the icons.

File organizer works awesome, still can't change the messages icon tho... it changes for a sec,bet immediately switches back to default...all the others worked - needed full version of the app to add them to my homescreen,but no biggie,only $1.25,and worth it. Any ideas why the messages app can't be changed? Does it need to be renamed or something of the sort? Sorry to hijack your thread JB... Thanks a lot!

The more red thread is more of a mix and match smorgasbord... plus this theme is pretty much completely my own work. I literally redrew a few hundred .9 pngs...
I like cubanaso's red theme but i wanted something that blended with stock sense a little bit more. The other thread will remain open for parts and this one will be maintained for Sense builds.

My question is why didn't you add in the same "phone bar" (not sure the technical term for it) from the old red one to the new one? Just curious cause I thought it looked cooler

Something i noticed in the pmf theme
the Mail icon, the word "mail" is lower than the rest of the other icons text, so if its on the bottom row of a screen the word mail bottom half is cut off

Ok, so I'm rockin' the PMF 1.1 ROM,with your awesome red theme for it - I love it! The one thing I noticed,the google search widget isn't skinned. Wondering if you plan on skinning that out? Also, I have pandora,and wondering if it's possible if you could skin that widget out as well? No biggie-just curious. Thanks a lot!

ok it seems like you dont read before you think. if you take the time time to read my question, i specifically asked for a dialer to replace the stock one on my phone. go dialer is an app that doesnt replace stock dialers.

Ok I will try and let your rude comments go this time. You cant fully replace the stock dialer. All you can do is use another app. As your using a sense based rom. you cant fully replace the dialer

If you want themed dialers full themes have them you can extract the dialer apk from the zip. And flash them in a new zip.

Like I said you can't replace the dialer. That is just a theme. Meaning its the same dialer just different colors. Theming the dialer is not hard but not easy either. If you don't want to do it by hand you have to find a themed dialer that is from your OS version and Sense version and then swap the apks. Or you can dig in amd learn to theme it yourself. A search for apkmultitool and sense theme tut will get you started down that road.

Yeah IT will work. It will take you a few trial and errors as there are many things that it doesnt tell you. Like all the images for the dialer are in 3 apks. com.htc.resources, HTCdialer.apk and Phone.apk. I have themed the dialer before and to get it just right I spent about 2 days editing images in Photoshop and changing color code XMLs in notepad++

wow.. that is hard work. and i'm on a schedule where i cant afford to lose any time. i think i'm gonna install cyangen or miui.. then i'll go from there as to what dialer theme will work best for me.

I would personally go with CM. I never advice MIUI. Theming while it is hard and time consuming, when you get it just the way you want it is all worth it. Click the Gotham link in my sig to see mine.
And before I get the crap about why from others. MIUI took CM open source coding, Themed it and then made it closed source and then sold it on a device only available in China.

And before I get the crap about why from others. MIUI took CM open source coding, Themed it and then made it closed source and then sold it on a device only available in China.

thank you for sharing your device. it looks good. i want to install cryogen. but i'd like to ask you these questions 1st. i asked them in my other thread..
1) can you install launcherpro and desktop virtualizer on a miui and cyrogen?
2) can you also turn it into an android phone 7 with these o/s's?
3) can you install any android app?
4) hows the batt life and performance on both miui and cryogen?
5) can you list a few cryogen roms that are best for battery and performance?
6) what are the pros and cons of miui/cryogen compared to sense?
