Hello,it would be possible add an icon pack to the stock one ui launcher ? Once it was the Unicorn application who did it the job , but now it doesn't work anymore. Any idea how to change the icons with a pack ? Tq in advance.

I don't think so, I just think it's aftermarket launchers that allow that, maybe I'm wrong though.

I'm coming from a miui7 rom on galaxy s4mini, and it seems the guy had already integrated some flat icons for common apps. what about this miui 8 icon pack on the playstore? will it interfere with my theme or just add these icons?

Custom launcher with custom icon pack is what I can think of.
Nova launcher with moonshine icon pack (free) is exactly what you're looking for.
