Resolution
Am I the first to flash DOT? Installation went well, but the resolution is wrong. Everything is so YUGE!
EDIT: I found the resolution resizer and changed it to minimum, for now. Very cool. This should come in handy, occasionally.

I have to agreed that the resolution is huge, also the most annoying part is that the navigation bar is always on the right side even in landscape mode, and home screen is stuck in portrait mode just very frustrating...? tablets on default are landscape mode, think the default portrait mode is only for phones.
So after I used a dpi changer to make dpi smaller, the navigation bar finally can goes to the bottom of the screen when I am in landscaping mode, still have to use another rotation app just to keep the home screen in landscape mode... Having 2 apps always on which slow down the device quite a bit

Thanks for the help, now I can delete the dpi changer app :good::good:

Installed with no problems. I really like this ROM. Clean install using micro-GAPPS. That was the largest I could get even with a 1.5GB partition. Thanks!!!

Reboot
My deb rebooted when I entered my pin.
EDIT: That was last night. This morning it rebooted again when I tried to launch my first app.

The boot animation freezes just before it should finish, and my deb automatically reboots to completion.

yeah that is a known issue i dont know how to fix it

Edit: Forget what I said I decided to continue builds and I changed my mind

next build will have lcd density at 320 instead of 480

Just to make sure, the pre-installed camera on this ROM is Gcam? I wasn't sure if 3s supported camera to api.
One more question, my phone is quite slower compared to when I used Lineage 15.1 but has MUCH greater battery back up. Is it because you have adjusted the processors to work slower?

Hey! Thank you for using and enjoying DotOS for our device while it was officially maintained. I, however, cannot maintain it anymore so there won't be any future updates from my side. Any new maintainer is free to apply and continue this ROM for our device.
Note: You can still use existing builds.

I enjoy being able to fiddle with Android.
First off, Custom ROMs are awesome, but second, NOVA Launcher is even better!

It's not working in any roms.
This is a stable ROM build, not Gcam port.

How about the battery life and performance? And is this have face unlock features. I mean face unlock from rom itself not from google smart lock

Without GCAM this rom will be of no use . So far Gcam only works on ArrowOs feb 20- build.

i tried first build earlier but gcam was not clicking pictures. i think you fixed that in recent build. i will try again thank you.

Just tried but saldy gcam is not working properly you will have to restart your device because after clicking 3-4 pictures gcam just stops working, it just freezes on shutter button.

Everything is working normally dude. Please use a stable gcam port. I've been using my own build and not facing any issue with gcam

But from today morning, i could see the rom getting lag. Done with restarts but no use. Cleaned storage. no use. Any help?

no in this rom customizable options are less but overall its great i like it.. :good:

So Yeah it is Actually a Bug in Most of the Roms! It is Fixed now! All Future Builds will be Updated by @ZIDAN44

Volte and native video calling works. Face unlock not working.

A perfect review for dot os....
I used it 18 hours ...
And I faced like these type of problems..minor bugs..let me tell u guys..
Problems-
1.boot loop problem(after flash the rom+gaps---_____flash magisk..it will fix boot loop)))
2.stock camera app crushing some times..and take too times to open
3.camera quality is too bad..
4 .charging little slow
5.battery backup decreased while gaming.
6.touch is not smooth .while play pubg.
Like(can't switch weapon on first touch and open scope on first touch.)touch responsive is low.while gaming.
Without these problems..
Room is fluent and first...
Best customisation...
Every thing is good..
Unless these few things...
Hope developer of this will fix these bugs soon...

ROM and thread changed from mokee to dotos because mokee was not stable to use and it had problems. Hope you enjoy DotOS Pie instead

Resolution Am I the first to flash DOT? Installation went well, but the resolution is wrong. Everything is so YUGE! EDIT: I found the resolution resizer and changed it to minimum, for now. Very cool. This should come in handy, occasionally.

Installed with no problems. I really like this ROM. Clean install using micro-GAPPS. That was the largest I could get even with a 1.5GB partition. Thanks!!!

Reboot My deb rebooted when I entered my pin. EDIT: That was last night. This morning it rebooted again when I tried to launch my first app.
