These mods come as a magisk module for your convenience and simplicity. It is not the same as the other modules for this device, which will mostly work on any old device you flash them on, as they only contain extra apps/outdated build.prop tweaks. This ZIP contains a lot of modified code in OxygenOS apks/jars (actual time consuming development). If you don't flash this on top of the correct OxygenOS version, you are more than likely to run into issues.

Flashing instructions:
Updating OxygenOS for locked bootloaders:
1. Download the Full Zip from above link and move it to the root of your internal storage.
2. Navigate to Settings > System Update > Settings > Local upgrade > Select latest OOS Full Zip
3. Flash the Full Zip
4. Upon Successful Flash > Wipe Cache from Recovery
5. Reboot Recovery Once Done
Device will reboot and your OnePlus 7Pro is now running on the latest OxygenOS Firmware & OS
You will then need to then root your device.
Updating OxygenOS for unlocked bootloaders with TWRP:
Download the necessary files from above and follow instructions below
1. Reboot to TWRP
2. Take a Nandroid of your existing ROM just in case you need it
3. Flash the latest Full OOS Zip
4. Flash the TWRP installer Zip
5. Reboot to RECOVERY to make sure TWRP stays and continue to root
6. Flash official Magisk to maintain root
7. Reboot System and Enjoy the latest firmware without any data loss
Device will reboot and your OnePlus 7 Pro is now running on the latest OxygenOS Firmware & OS.
How to install the RENOVATE ICE module:
1. Once on the correct OxygenOS version, simply flash through Magisk Manager.

Hey buddy,
Unfortunately none of us in the team have a variant that has the equal 9.5.4 build so haven't been able to test. My understanding is that it would work but if you aren't using the Chinese TWRP (ie can't use something like uninmod in TWRP) to disable the module if it doesn't work then I wouldn't suggest trying. You will be stuck in a hard to solve boot loop given we don't have fully working TWRP.
That said, if anyone on the latest 9.5.4 has the Chinese TWRP installed, we would be grateful if you could test?

Unfortunately it won't work because this modifies specific files in each version of the ROM that OnePlus releases. Each time OnePlus releases a new update, the developer has to fully rebase the whole ROM!

Once my son goes to bed (if no one else has tried by then) I'll flash the Chinese TWRP and try and post up my results.
I ran this ROM exclusively on my 6T and looking forward to it on my 7 Pro.
Damnnnn this looks good. Will definitely test on 9.5.4 AA soon

Sharing Policy
Do not use any parts of this rom without my explicit permission for each item you would like to use. Violators of this rule will be reported and dealt with by Forum Moderators
1. You MUST READ Through the Entire first page of the Thread
2.You MUST be ROOTED
3. It is recommended to install with CWM Recovery (however TWRP should work fine)
4. You need to flash the latest firmware through ODIN (COK2) Version if you have any issues with the 5.1.1 builds. The rom will boot on older firmwares, but has some issues.
1. Download latest Hyperdrive Rom version
2. Reboot into Recovery
3. Wipe Data/Factory Reset
4. Wipe cache and dalvik cache
5. Install Rom
6. Reboot (First Boot may take up to 10 mins)
7. Let Phone sit for 10 minutes
8. Reboot again
9. Enjoy!
If you have a bug or issue with the rom to report you MUST also add:
1. Details of what Happened before and after the issue
2. The exact steps which can be taken to reproduce the issue, so that i can reproduce the issue on my device.
3. A Logcat of the force close or problem. If you do not know how to take/use logcat please read HERE on how to do so.

A: Unless specified otherwise you need to wipe before Flashing every Hyperdrive Rom update, I do not release many updates with only minor changes
Q: I'm having trouble with root access for certain apps??
A: A workaround you can use for now is to set root access to grant instead of prompt in the SuperSu application setting
Q: I'm having trouble with my samsung account or am missing other applications??
A: Flash the Bloat Zip in the Hyperdrive Hub addons section to gain this functionality back!
Q:What is the format for setting the custom clock?
A: Use [H] for hours, [M] for minutes, and for seconds. Here are some examples for 2:07 (+ 5 seconds):

Q: What is the number icon next to the wifi icon in the status bar and how do i remove it?
A: This is the network traffic speed meter which tells you how much data is being used. It can be toggled on and off as well as color customized in Hyperdrive Tweaks/User Interface/Network traffic speed
Q: I'm getting terrible Battery life and drain, what gives with this rom?
A: I would say that 99% of the time bad battery life is user error. You need to check your cpu settings and also check out your battery stats. If you have any wakelocking apps that are waking your phone, you will get drain. Having Issues with Battery life or your Battery isn't where you want it to be. Please Read THIS Nice Summary Here
Q: Wifi Connectivity Problems?
A: Make sure Wifi is set to always keep wifi on during sleep under wifi settings/advanced. To make wifi work when it wont turn on or connect, change this in the build.prop:

Almost perfect. My main issue revolves around changing the cpu governer. If I put it to on demand, it freezes and reboots. Please fix if possible.... Other than that my only other problem is my keyboard keeps switching back to the Samsung keyboard instead of swift key after a reboot. The keyboard might be that Samsung uses a modified version of swift key itself. I hate their tiny keys. Have to use play store's swift key. Amazing rom. I so want the on demand to work as I need power and intelliactive restricts me somewhat. The keyboard is just a nitpick as it can be disabled with titanium backup. I love this rom.
The +\- auto brightness adjustment that you can enable in Wanam isn't working. I'd love if that could be new fixed!

I've lowered the values in the framework for auto brightness levels by a bit as Samsungs are a bit too high imo
Hey Scott, anyway to get the transparency working on edge screen? The edge screen is black when using nova or any other launcher. However, the edge screen is transparent ONLY when touchwiz is active.

May be it needs a compatible kernel with doubletap to wake..try with optimus prime and report
Turned on dt2w and s2w with optimus prime and also try with hurtsky alpha3,and still FC.

The option isn't supposed to be showing, it will not be there normally unless the device supports it

Its because our device has nav bars

but in all other rom slim recents works with nav bar on.

Cyanide was designed for devices without nav bars...so implantation of nav bar is different in this case

A little bug:I set the background of notification drawer a custom color,after reboot it go back to default color.
I don't know why I clean flashed again and set a custom color after the first boot,then rebooted it didn't go back to default color.
If i set the dual sim call option " ask every time" dialer crashs.... can u solve this...otherwise its really a perfect rom...

Calls are fine ...may be problem with ussd?
no...both...call+ussd...if I set any single sim, then it works great
see the pic... I just dialed the number 844490...
its a clean install, no xposed or other critical things involved.
I‘m sorry...I didn't notice it's the final build until today.
It means no update in future?

Sharing Policy
Do not use any parts of this rom without my explicit permission for each item you would like to use. Violators of this rule will be reported and dealt with by Forum Moderators
1. You MUST READ Through the Entire first page of the Thread
2.You MUST be ROOTED
3. It is recommended to install with TWRP Recovery
4. It is recommended to be on the latest COJ5 firmware base.
1. Download latest Hyperdrive Rom version
2. Reboot into Recovery
3. Wipe Data/Factory Reset
4. Wipe cache and dalvik cache
5. Install Rom
6. Reboot (First Boot may take up to 10-15 mins)
7. Let Phone sit for 10 minutes
8. Reboot again
9. Enjoy!
If you have a bug or issue with the rom to report you MUST also add:
1. Details of what Happened before and after the issue
2. The exact steps which can be taken to reproduce the issue, so that i can reproduce the issue on my device.
3. A Logcat of the force close or problem. If you do not know how to take/use logcat please read HERE on how to do so.

Q: Why is the rom not booting, sitting on the boot logo screen?
A: As of RLS4, the rom does not include a kernel. If you do not have one installed, flash a kernel and the rom will boot.
Q: Where is the app drawer on the launcher?
A: The launcher is modified so that you can either use it with or without and app drawer. Change this by long pressing the homescreen and selecting homescreen settings.
Q: Should I wipe before flashing this update?
A: Unless specified otherwise you need to wipe before Flashing every Hyperdrive Rom update, I do not release many updates with only minor changes
Q: I'm having trouble with root access for certain apps??
A: A workaround you can use for now is to set root access to grant instead of prompt in the SuperSu application setting
Q: I'm having trouble with my samsung account or am missing other applications??
A: Ask if you would like any removed applications, they will be included in the aroma installer when it is completed.!
Q:What is the format for setting the custom clock?
A: Use [H] for hours, [M] for minutes, and for seconds. Here are some examples for 2:07 (+ 5 seconds):

A: The power menu icons color can be set via HyperdriveTweaks/colors/Power Menu Icon Color. To see the original icons, set the color to transparent

A: The power menu is now fully customizable and you can add or remove the options you want in Hyperdrive Tweaks/System/Extended Power Menu

A: Over the Air Updates can be downloaded about going to Settings/About Phone/Check for Rom Update

A:Checking the md5 sum ensures that you have a correct download and helps to ensure you avoid any weird errors
Q: What is the number icon next to the wifi icon in the status bar and how do i remove it?
A: This is the network traffic speed meter which tells you how much data is being used. It can be toggled on and off as well as color customized in Hyperdrive Tweaks/User Interface/Network traffic speed
Q: I'm getting terrible Battery life and drain, what gives with this rom?
A: I would say that 99% of the time bad battery life is user error. You need to check your cpu settings and also check out your battery stats. If you have any wakelocking apps that are waking your phone, you will get drain. Having Issues with Battery life or your Battery isn't where you want it to be. Please Read THIS Nice Summary Here
Q: Wifi Connectivity Problems?
A: Make sure Wifi is set to always keep wifi on during sleep under wifi settings/advanced. To make wifi work when it wont turn on or connect, change this in the build.prop:

A script written by zepplinrox that will calibrate your battery. It is pretty easy to use and explains what you need to do in the terminal. It is executable via terminal emulator on your phone.

Reporting Bugs
DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
If it is a random reboot, grab dmesg . (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log

Battery settings force close is another one of Google's flaw. Disable Device Health Services to make it work again.

Im not saying anything bad battery draining problem and saver is not working. When dialing just text shows up that its calling and buttons not showing up(not sure that its rom problem).. there are some little things to change to make it for daily driver
call recorder is present ??

Clean Flash
Download the ROM, Firmware and GApps from the links above.
- Download MIUI Q 11.0.4.0 from here.
- Flash the zip in TWRP. After flashing format data and confirm with entering "yes"
- Let MIUI boot to system one time
- Flash official Q TWRP
- Put all files you need (Rom.zip, Magisk) on your internal storage.
- Flash your zip files. If Magisk tells you it can't mount system, try deselecting system from the Mounts option in TWRP and then flash again.
- In TWRP and format data and confirm with entering "yes"
- Reboot system and enjoy.
Update (Dirty Flash)
For Updating just flash the new zip from TWRP then flash magisk
or Dirty flash by wiping system and Dalvik and cache only (dont wipe data) and flash the zip magisk and then reboot

Most if the ROMs I tried that mode in seems to work with the 66 hz only so I guess it will be the same for this or let's wait for someone to try it.

any v10 after 10.3.11.0 should work fine so yah it works with 10.3.15
