Like this iPhone X case I had and loved...https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078PHJ24V/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_rj15CbDER46AV
Better to clothes or fabric or leather texture..
Looking at that case you linked, I don't think that does what you think it does. If you look there are still cutouts on the bottom for the speakers.

I bought one of those $10 rubberized two piece snap on rubberized cases for my Diamond and while it looks nice and fit perfectly, the rubberized coating started flaking at the edges slowly and growing larger as I continue using the phone more. Once the rubberized coating is lifted, there's a glossy black surface underneath... and that flaked too revealing the cheap white plastic.
I'm wondering if Seidio's cases has this same type of rubberized problem. For $30 I hope not But then again my $100 Logitech MX Revolutino mouse's rubberized sides are flaking too...
I had both types you are talking about. The snap on two piece was crap. The Seidio is VERY good quality. The inside is felt lined and the outside is high quality rubberized. It's very light too. Highly recommend.
Just received the innocase for my diamond today. I am very disappointed with the quality .
1) the innocase does not fit perfectly. the top left corner may have a 0.1mm gap and every time when I hold the phone I feel the case moves and it makes some sqeaky noise
2) very rough edges. three sides of the case (top, left and right) all have very rough edges and if I push my finger on it and move quickly, it actually cuts my finger! Just imagine what's going to happen when I answer a phone call quickly and push the phone onto my face/ear!
3) on the back of the case, on the silver colour surrounding the camera, near the Seidio word, there is a big dent. Just like someone had tried to push a big needle onto the plastic and drilled a hole (almost). ugly as hell.
The photos on seidio's web site are all so nice but the innocase that I got is actually a piece of crap - it is worse than crappy chinese imports.
I just ordered the body glove case online but having second thoughts after seeing pictures of the case-mate tough case. I'm more worried about dropping my phone since I think the body glove would just dismantle and crack itself if I drop my phone. With the case-mate, it looks more protected since the rubber is enclosed with a harder external casing. Can you guys post pictures if you could of the two cases, and what your experience been like using each one of the cases if you bought one.
Thanks!
I have the Body Glove case which I bought online. The day I tried putting it on the phone, I ended up breaking one of the tabs that snap the front to the back cover. Seems to me that the case doesn't really fit the phone like it should. Even now when I push down on the corner that is broken, there is still a gap between the front and back cases.
And since it is supposed to be tough to get this case off (refer to the Body Glove thread), I don't think it will snap open if dropped.
I have the snap on body glove, dropped it from 4 feet on to my dining room floor and from about 3.5 feet, on to the road where it bounced downhill a bit. The case did not come off either time.
I tried both. Definitely the winner is the Case-Mate. If you read a post in
other thread, you'll find out also that the rear cover of the body glove causes
some kind of scratch around the speakerphone and the camera. Not worth it!
don't get the two tone body glove. I had one and it was a b**ch to get off. I was scared that my phone was going to break because the case wouldn't freaking move. It's also tough to put on, and if like me, you got the one from the t-mobile store, it doesn't even fit right. there's an annoying gap in it that gathers dust and crap.
In addition, when I took it off, there were indentations near the headphone jack and near the bottom of the phone.
I returned mine today.
I was just looking at the case mate tough case, and does it have holes for the various microphones around the sensation's body?
I've tried the following:
Belkin Verve Folio Stand.
http://www.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Product_Id=593390
Nice, quality leather case. Thick when folded 180 degrees. This could be a pro or con. It gives a nice thick grip when reading in portrait mode. Some will like that, some won't. Speakers are not muted when used as a stand. Edges stick out which probably add protection in the event of a fall, but also make the power and volume buttons difficult to operate. Not hugely so, but annoyingly so.
Belkin Slim Folio Stand.
http://www.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Product_Id=593409
Artificial material. High quality. Very thin. Very much like the Apple case my wife has on her Ipad. Speakers are not muted when used as a stand. If you want a very thin book style case, this is almost perfect. One Con: When opened 180 degrees, as in reading a book in one hand, the cover flops down in the middle. Its because the front cover folds up into a small triangular support. Stupid, because it works great as a stand using the same style as the Verve above. Having two types of stand styles, both landscape, is useless. If you like to hold the tab with the cover rotated 180 degrees you may find this annoying.
Plastic Skin
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Case-for-Ga...Accessories&hash=item45ffdeff77#ht_2358wt_814
Fits perfectly. It covers the sim card port, but so what? I leave this on 24/7. Needless to say, I really like it.
Case
http://www.ebay.com/itm/RIM-BlackBe...ultDomain_0&hash=item43a6ba953b#ht_5150wt_952
It fits perfect. The Model is the A7s. Ignore the models specifically labeled "8.9", they're too big. The A7s fits perfect with no stretching. It's a kind of pleather. However, it has a memory foam layer that makes it very cushy. It zips all the way open on three sides. When the plastic cover listed above is on, it still fits great in the memory foam case.
Vikuti Screen Protector
http://www.protectionfilms24.com/ar...-adqc27-samsung-galaxy-tab-8,9-lte-59075.html
Pros: Impossible to tell it's on. Just as slick to the touch as the glass, crystal clear. Fit's perfect. Cons: A bit harder to clean fingerprint smudges off than the straight glass. It doesn't seem to improve or degrade how smudges show, just a bit harder to clean.
eBay USB Adapter

Works great, cheap.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/26089903615...NX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649#ht_3340wt_989
Outside edges fit perfectly. Camera hole in wrong place. Reduces reflections, but there is a "grainy" look to it. The graininess is annoying enough that I did not leave it on.
I hope this helps out anybody looking at accessories...
Just purchased this case
http://www.amazon.com/Obliq-GS4-XTM...id=1386978096&sr=1-4&keywords=obliq+galaxy+s4
Overall I am happy with the overall build. The top and bottom as well as the front face are a rubber compound while the actually back is a hard plastic. Its very similar to the case i bought for my s3 a while back from sprint for 25 dollars.
I purchased the obliq case on ebay for 11 dollars shipped. The mic holes, headset hole, speaker hole as well as charging port are all designed well. No one had issues hearing me nor did i have issues hearing them. Pictures and flash are not an issue with the case. The front of the case has a small lip so that your screen isnt scratched or damaged when placed face down.
They also included a screen protector which is nice and thick. Feels pretty good as well unike some of the cheaper ones on the market, my only gripe with the screen protector is that i wish it were an anti-glare kind but its definitely not a deal breaker.
The volume and power buttons on the case are hard but will become softer or broken in after a few days. The back of the case also has a slight lift on it to keep your camera safe and actually helps with the volume of the speaker. I noticed my calls were louder, i assume its like putting a speaker in the corner of a room it spreads the sound over the surface.
Yes the case adds more weight to the phone but its not bad but you can tell the difference. Obviously there has to be a balance between protection/strength and lightweight.
I do wish the case could have been just a little thinner and a little lighter but once again that would probably come at a higher cost. Not a deal breaker as unfortunately i got to see how well my phone is protected in a parking garage leaving the gym. My phone fell and slid from my hoodie . Phone was in perfect shape as was the case.
9.5/10 for the case, very happy. Very snug fit, quality built, great hole and port spacing.
A brief review of the KuGi High Quality ultra-thin PC hard case cover.
Quality
Precise cut, matches typical slim hard cases sold by Spigen or Ringke.
The top and bottom of the phone are uncovered, as is the volume and power button area.
Really thin (~1 mm) and will easily crack if dropped I imagine. Buy this for its ability prevent scratches and add grip, not drop protection.
There is a noticeable seam where the front and back halves of the case were sealed together that you can both see and feel. Some parts such as the camera cutout show tiny bit of residual material from the cutting process. There is a slight misalignment with the camera area, clearly shown in the Amazon photos..
There were fine scratches on the back of the case that the camera couldn't pick up but are visible in good lighting and can be felt while holding. I imagine this case is prone to scratches.
Front lip is slightly raised so you can place the phone on its face and not worry about contact with the touchscreen. I don't have a screen protector on it yet but does not cover the screen at all.
No issues with chargers fitting in the type C port.
Color
The red color is a lot deeper than the ones posted on Amazon. More like dark candy apple.
The red also has a slight satin/iridescent look to it, which gives it a professional flair and causes it to give off different hues in different lighting. This is the best aspect to this case.
In my opinion, this red color looks terrible on the aluminium Nexus 6P (shiny on shiny), but probably would look nice on the graphite or white.
Feel
Identical to the soft-touch slightly-rubbery feel found on the black Nexus 5 (sorry, only comparison I am capable of making).
Adds some grip to the phone, but nowhere as much as the quicksand or glossy TPU.
The case also does not add considerable bulk to the phone.

Overall, this is an above average case with a beautiful shade of red, and serves me well until the more established manufacturers release their cases.
Does the camera cutout over the laser autofocus module? One of the questions on Amazon that early models did cover this module, but there's no word if revisions have been made since then.
In other words, does the size and location of the camera cutout match the official cases on the Google Store?

Based on the attached pictures, it looks like the camera cutout matches the official Nexus 6P case that I have.
I ordered the gold one based on the review, so I'll know for sure shortly.
The camera cut out is identical to the official Nexus 6p (felt-back) cases so the laser autofocus is fine.
Any more owners of this case who can post their opinion, in particular the camera laser concern? I usually buy the Ringke Slim but it doesn't (yet?) exist for the 6P, so this is the closest option for now.
