Hi,
Has anyone found any way of customising the slider yet? I'm used to using LOS on OP5T, so could customise the slider to different profiles, but in lieu of that is there an app/xposed module/magisk module that anyone has found that works with the OP7 pro?
Thanks,
Liam
It will still make your slider switch between silent vibrate and sound but if you want to add extra functionality check out my guide.

I dont know if Ill ever use the silent option. Would like to change that to Shazam
I'll never use the silent option. If i want no vibrations, I'll use DND.
What I would like is the following three modes:
1. Vibrate
2. All sound on, except for media
3. All sound on
The should be some way to do it using either Tasker, Magisk, or Xposed. But I haven't found one yet.
Does anyone know if it is possible?

How can I create a lockscreen gesture to toggle bluetooth on/off? I ca create a gesture to take me to the bluetooth settings but I just want to be able to toggle it on/off from the lockscreen.
Am I blind or is the option not obvious.

I just did some playing around and couldn't seem to find a way to do this either. However, now you've piqued my interest as this would be an awesome thing to be able to do lol
*bump* for anyone that knows how to do this for cm7...
There are a few ways that this could be possible..if I could figure out if there is a way to do them in cm7:
1. Like op suggested, gesture to toggle bluetooth
2. Give access to notification bar on lockscreen so you can toggle on the power control widgets
3. Be able to install a toggle widget on the lockscreen
I know that 2 and 3 are doable with widgetlocker but i'd like to find some intrinsic/native way of cm7 to do it...
If anyone knows any of these methods...please let us know...
It's been a while, have you found any way to do it?
I can think of a silly way.
1. Create 2 apps for enabling and disabling BT.
2. Run each app from home screen with different gistures
What i could find is this.
Gesture to go directly to bluetooth settings. Enable or disable there.
Lockscreen gesture lets you choose a shortcut as the target of the gesture. I have created an app called "Toggle Settings" which exposes toggling Bluetooth and WiFi as system shortcuts. So you install this app and then when setting up the gesture choose shortcut and then choose "Toggle Settings" and choose WiFi or Bluetooth. Potentially other toggleable settings could be added too. you can download it from here: goo.gl/0b6sj
Does anyone know of an app or mod that will allow for a quick toggle of ALL vibration settings? I hate how each app has its own vibration settings. I just want to be able to turn them all off on the fly without having to go into each apps' settings. I've searched all over Google for this solution many times in vain, but I guess I never posed the question on xda where the pros are.
Hello,
I bought a smartphone (Coolpad Modena 2) with android 6.0 onboard for my grandma. I installed a launcher made espetially for seniors. It works really well. All buttons are big, all extra apps are blocked. But there are 2 things that bother me.
1. With a swipe down the screen you can open the notification dropdown menu. From there, you can easily access all phone settings. It makes it pretty easy to mess something up. It there a way to switch off the pulldown menu?
2. With a swipe up the screen the preinstalled ROM shows up a handy menu with settings like aeroplane mode, wifi on/of, priority mode. It looks really similar to the iOS control center. Again - it makes it way too easy for my grandmother to turn aeroplane mode on for example.
I was searching for a solution all day but didn't find anything. Maybe there is a custom ROM where you can disable this kind of menus? Maybe there is an other solution?
I will be glad for any help !

Greetings and welcome to assist. I'm not sure if you can disable it with a custom rom or root but you could try nova launcher. You can resize the icons with it and customize allmost all the gestures. It may be a bit more complicated to set up but when done should do the trick
Good Luck

Hi! I'm pretty new here.
I was wondering if it is possible to move the navbar buttons in the "back", using the smart key (single press for Home, double for Multitasking ecc.) and so, by using another tweak let the Navbar disappear getting a fullscreen display? Obviously by rooting.
Anyone got some idea?
Hi there. I've done it. You need Android M with root+twrp and xposed.
Then you just need two xposed modules.
1. xposed additions- allows you to map actions to physical buttons. I've set the FPS button to: 1 click=back, long click=home, double click=multitasking and tripple click=torch on/off Worked like a charm.
2. gravitybox- allows you to make changes to the UI. Designed with AOSP launcher in mind, but some functions work with EMUI. In navbar section you can change the size (Setting heigth to 75-80% makes it look quite good, 0% will hide it - i preffered the first option, as having the navbar on was handy when the phone is just sitting on the table etc. Maybe there is a way to make it come up and disappear on demand, but i couldn't be bothered to investigate this.)
The only issue is that xposed has a little issue with emui. Sometimes the dialer crashes when trying to make a phone call. A reboot makes the issue go away for a while, but eventually it's back. I haven't found a solution to this anywhere online.
If anybody here knows how to fix the xposed & emui compatibility issue, or has a method that doesn't require xposed I'd appreciate this information too.
Has anyone run into this issue with the newest global beta? I went through the normal google settings restore process and not I don't have any option to change device specific notification sounds.
I cannot get notification sounds set by application on MiUI 10 either...
Since android pie my mix 2s has lost the option in a lot of apps to change to a custom ringtone.
For example i use outlook app for my email and there is an option for a custom ringtone but when i click on it it just goes to the screen to allow a sound notification and not to menu to allow me to set the actual ringtone.
i use messages app which again allows me to choose a ringtone but this never works, not even under the sound and vibration menu in settings.
Apps like gmail dont even have an option to set a custom ringtone whereas on my samsung tablet using the same gmail app version there is an option in red to set a ringtone.
My phone is a complete mess since xiaomis update to android 9 and a right pain to use !
try "AutoNotification" app. its available on play store. it has a standalone feature that enables you to modify notification settings (priority, custom sound, vibration, etc...) per app.

It doesn't work with the recent update. Quite disappointing...
Hi, waiting for Xiaomi to restore custom notification sounds, you can try Notificon or Message Notifier Pro (I tried both, but I'm using the last one).
Xiaomi RMN 7 and same problem... f*****k !!
