Bug reporting:
Before the report make sure that you've installed the latest build of the ROM.
Explain the bug in details and, if possible, methods to reproduce it.
For most issues, you should attach the logcat.
Random reboots? Please upload last_kmsg immediately after the kernel crash.
Note: I will only be providing this build and i won't make any more as the security patches are already finished for lineage 13.0. The security patch level is the latest for lineage 13.0 and is at January 1st 2019 so you are still pretty up to date and these builds are pure lineage based builds. Please download the latest version of opengapps and flash along with the rom to be able to use the play store and other google related services. If you want to root i recommend flashing and using magisk 19.1 or you can use SuperSu. Enjoy and i hope you appreciate my pure lineage 13.0 Unofficial builds for Flo and Deb.

Hi,
It's not clear if you continue or not to update...
I use this rom with Kali NetHunter CM so it would be great if you update

I will make no more updates or builds for lineage 13.0 for flo and deb because security patches and ROM changes are completely done for lineage 13.0 so it has January 1st 2019 security patches so you are very safe and secure if you still want to use and prefer marshmallow

Thanks for your answer.
It's not that I prefer MM... I use Kali Nethunter and this requires Lineage 13
It may be possible to use version 14 but Nethunter needs to be compiled for it and I'm not able to do it (for now, I'd like to learn how to do it though). And the situation about updates is not better.

Bug Report: Night mode, Touch
The night mode, provided by Lineage does not work with netflix! When turned on the netflix screen gets black ...
But otherwise the rom does run surprisingly good. It's much faster than stock and new features are added, battery life is good, touch sensilibility does also feel more stable. But when i try to move a app the system intreprets is a a tap to open it or to not do anything. I think for a sesond tablet to wath some youtube[...] and for some simple daily use this rom is the way to go! Thank you for still updating this device

Everything works fine on my tablet.
Well, the problems are identical to these of slim:
Camera (obviously)
Wifi doesn't connect automatically (but it does manually)
YouTube 60fps
The performance is a bit worse, I'll probably test another launcher than Trebuchet and Google Now.
Off topic: Is there a place where I could download the apk of the new Lineage Gallery? Looks quite nice.

Camera is a WIP, YouTube is related to kernel, and I will look into wifi bug.
Tho this will be in the next two months as my GCSE exams start in May so i have very little time to start revision.
Tho, eventually we will get it resurrected ?
Really thank you for your time and effort.
The builds feel a little less fast than the CM13 nightlies I was using before (but nothing that cannot be handled by lowering the transition speed)
Keep it up!

Android Nougat isa bit heavier especially for older devices that use msm8974 HALs, but these builds are still faster and smoother than official nightlies will be due to Cake-Kernel brought by Paul Keith

New build is up.
-Updated to 7.1.2 with all LineageOS patches

-Camcorder still broken and Im looking for more ideas :| I cant believe it works on v410 tho
The best firmware you've ever made
There is only one problem WiFi does not turn on when you restart the device
even so Thank you adam...
The ROM is good, the best 7.1 for this tablet.

Hello, i tried this rom for a few days but unfortunately there is a wifi bug. When i leave the tablet and go for a few minutes and come back, wifi shuts itself and you need to turn off in the settings and turn on again. This is little bit annoying and i deleted the rom because of this problem. It'll be so good if you fix it very soon and i'll install it again because this rom has a great battery life.
Thanks!
WiFi bug has been fixed (At least it seems like it)

Pity, it's a very good rom (except widevine) but i can understand it's a waste of time for you.

Moved by Sparky91 to General section. Apology for post in wrong area.
@JT1510365 Can you build and updated version of this ROM? On my devices is pretty smooth compared to 16 and 17
Thanks in advance

Wifi & BT of the deb rom doesn't work.
And after boot into the system, the camera app disappeared.

LineageOS 14.1 is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 7.1.2 (Nougat), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
Code:
#include <std_disclaimer.h>

* Your warranty is now void.
*
* We are not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
* do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
* before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
* you point the finger at us for messing up your device, we will laugh at you.
*
LineageOS 14.1 is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
All the source code for LineageOS 14.1 is available in the LineageOS Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit our Gerrit Code Review. Your changelog is whatever was merged into gerrit.
Bug reporting:
Before the report make sure that you've installed the latest build of the ROM.
Explain the bug in details and, if possible, methods to reproduce it.
For most issues, you should attach the logcat.
Random reboots? Please upload last_kmsg immediately after the kernel crash.
Note: I will only be providing builds once every month and when new security patches come in. I don't have enough time to be making them every week. These builds should be daily driver friendly and have nothing changed or added and they should be pure lineage based builds. Please download the latest version of OpenGapps and flash along with the ROM to be able to use the play store and other google related services. If you want to root i recommend flashing and using Magisk 19.2. Enjoy and i hope you appreciate my pure lineage 14.1 Unofficial builds for Flo and Deb!

Trouble installing update
I just tried to install "lineage-14.1-20190519-UNOFFICIAL-flo" from TWRP 3.3.0 , and get Error 7 "Can't install this package on top of incompatible data.".
14.1-20190208-NIGHTLY-flo is what I have installed on my Nexus 7. Am I doing something wrong?
Thank you.

You have to do a full wipe clean flash since your coming from the nightly you can't just install an unofficial build over a nightly you will have problems so just wipe everything except for internal storage and try flashing rom again
Deb build..?
Thanx for doing this by the way... :good:

I'm only asking because I'm on holiday, a nice time to do some maintenance...
We plebs have no rights to force you to hurry...
I just wanted to thank you for keeping this old tablet alive! LOS 14.1 is perfectly fine for the Nexus 7 flo and I prefer not having to repartition the device like I would have to for some of the newer LOS versions. Thank you for maintaining it. And a monthly cycle (or even fewer) is entirely fine. Thank you!

Seems to be exactly what I am looking for, I have a Flo with 14.1 last official build. Would it be possible to install your build and not loose any apps settings etc.?

I would try it but make a backup first just in case something goes wrong. If it doesn't work then I recommend you wipe everything except internal storage
perfect keep updating this los 14.1

As far as I know you have to switch to test-keys or wipe the data partition before you are able to install unofficial builds on top of official builds (I got error 7 in TWRP otherwise). Here is a howto that worked for me: http://wiki.lineageos.org/signing_builds.html#test-keys-to-official-or-vice-versa. Just replace the step before "adb reboot recovery" with "adb shell sh /data/local/tmp/migration.sh unofficial"

Just bought me a Nexus 7 flo 16GB for 50USD and this was the only ROM that installed without error (all newer ROMs had gapps installation error 70 /system partition too small).
Thanks for your work and time

Finally someone that plans on maintening the ROMS they compile. I noticed that with this devices most custom ROMs are maintained for few months and then left cause there's a new ROM with a different theme. Hope this rom Is going to be supported.
