Does anyone know of a way to share Highlights reels created within the gallery?

Hi,
as title suggests, I'm looking for an application that I can use to things like captions and speech bubbles to the photos on my device. I have a few apps that can edit photos (crop, rotate etc) but not found one that can let me do the other stuff.
any ideas anyone?

How do I add custom wallpapers to the Captivate? I know I can do it through the gallery, but I don't want to crop them. Not only that, but I want them to show up in the actual Wallpapers list. Anyone know?

all wallpapers are 960x800 even if it doesnt ask you to 'crop them' the 'crop' is actually selecting a 960x800 section of the image.
as for them showing up in the actual wallpapers list, that is handled via the launcher.apk
its more trouble than its worth. just go through the gallery
you can have a crop-free picture if you use Doldol wallpaper maker
Is there a tweak that allows me to access my actual gallery instead of the really crappy Facebook photo picker that groups all my pics? I'm tired of scrolling through thousands of photos to pick one instead of being able to use Quickpic to choose my photo comments.
