Locked bootloader / but fastboot is working?? Not flashing recovery though

OTA softbricked? the device of my friend
Although the bootloader is unlocked, I was able to flash new firmware with fastboot with succes!! The device is now booting 4.1.1 (10.4.2.20)again
So, I tried to flash TWRP through fastboot (it's still responding to fastboot), but that fails:

FAILED <remote: <InvalidState>>
Thinking it is because the bootloader is locked, installed unlocking tool. Run it, at the last step, where you have to click the -normally- bar with image of locked lock to unlock, I get the dreaded network error, more importantly: the lock image is UNlocked
What could be the case now?

Cant boot into recovery, fastboot cant unlock oem

Hello Guys, I am new to the forum. I read a lot of threads, but no one i found had the solution or the exact same problem i have.
I bought a new Xiaomi Redmi 4X and wanted to install the los 14.1 Version I found here in XDA (https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/rom-2017-08-07lineage-14-1-t3653016). (I have installed custom roms a few times before and also faced some problems)
I flashed twrp via the fastboot mode using my linux laptop. I installed the los zip file and booted into it, but it was stuck in a boot loop. I wanted to go back into twrp, but it did not work, so i tried it with the fastboot again. Then I saw that oem is locked.
As root user i tried to unlock it with

FAILED (remote: Token verification failed, reboot the device)
finished. total time: 0.004s
but it doesnt work.
So I am stuck now without any ROM and Recovery, I can only access to the bootloader.
I am happy for any help.

hi i have infinix note 5 which run in stock rom pie , unroot and bootloader unlocked. i recently downloaded Minimal ADB and Fastboot in pc for installing twrp in phone. i want to install twrp in my phone. i install all driver in my pc. i properly do all steps

when i enter this commend
fastboot flash boot twrp.img
but this error is come
FAILED (remote: not allowed in locked state)

Hey, here is my problem. I have a C567 that I upgraded to 9.0 I am trying to root and running into a problem. Every time I try to flash the patched img, I get an error. Failed (remote command not allowed) I have my bootloader unlocked. I made sure by attempting to re-unlock the bootloader and got an error that said the device was already fastboot unlocked. I have repatched the ramdisk numerous times and still get the same error. Here is my thought. My device is a C567 that I updated using the C432 img and some work arounds. The device shows as a 432 when I go into 'about device' but could the ramdisk still be the c567 and if so, would I need to use the last 567 ramdisk I had to root? trying to install twrp and Openkirin ROM and stuck on this.

[Q] Unlock bootloader of Wiko Rainbow sibling: Wiko Y80

Hi everybody,
I know this is a thread about Wiko Rainbow not about Y80, but maybe someone had the following problem in the past...
I would like to unlock the bootloader of a Wiko Y80 to install a custom ROM.
On the Internet, there are many pages where there is the same guide (written in different ways) for unlocking the bootloader using 'fastboot'.
The problem is that 'fastboot' does not work because:
fastboot flashing unlock > FAILED (remote: Not implemet.)
fastboot oem unlock > FAILED (remote: unknown cmd.)
fastboot oem get_unlock_data > FAILED (remote: unknown cmd.)
fastboot flashing unlock_critical > FAILED (remote: Not implement.)
By chance, does anyone know if there is another way for unlocking the bootloader or, even better, to flash a ROM like LineageOS GSI?
I would like to have some news from guys who really made/tried it successfully.

I managed on Y61 just enable oem unlock in developer settings then run
