to be honest with you i don't know what are you talking about ?. i and not in to customizations but clean and fast not lag ROM and this fill the bill so far. won't hurt to try. download rom and GApps.

i was on a pie rom already when I flash this one.
but i don't know the answer to this sorry hope someone can input on this.

My opinion on the camera is negative. Stock camera is the best. And others are not that cool. Even the oneplus5 camera mod is nothing compared to stock camera. But oneplus5 camera is best for our custom ROMs right now ?

Exactly , for bokeh gimmick, and pro mode , stick with emui is good choice

I read and researched about gopinaidu007 ROMs, and I think OWNRom and CarbonRom are the ones that work best (Based on what I read). I see that you have tried them, which of the two do you recommend?

Everything works flawlessly for me till now except the aod feature.
I just can't get it to work,just black screen
Tried clearing cash etc,installing dif version but nothing changed

It's such a bummer we don't have close to Vanilla Android ROMs for this device. SE is not bad tho
Another work of art of our developers, This is not my work since this ROM works on my mate 10 lite, I would like to share it with you guys, it will credit all of the programmers who built it. No major bug. but sometimes the only i encounter when i use to install apk it freezes but when i restarted it installed completely but as of my experience i recommend it for daily use.

I don't want to compare i appreciate every rom ?, because its in the taste of its of every user what are they prefer, but for me just want to explore the possibility and to latest mod and ROM., Try maybe you love it too, ? i have also posted MODs for extra flavor on it to feel more android experience for the new ROM. ?
