i have a nexus s and i unlocked boot loader installed official ics for nexus s and FORGOT TO ACTIVATE THE USB DEPLUGGING and installed a rom changer and changed the boot animation and now it freezes at the boot up on the new animation and no recovery installed any ideas??? plz help plzzzzzzzzzz thank in advance

i flash the clean n tweak rom and after that my phone restart and stock in boot animation

i need my phone tomorrow..
i tried to install a kernel on my phone but it didnt work and now i dont have any os it just boot up into twrp and thats it ,another problem is that it does not have an unlocked boot loader i really hope that somebody can help me and i will pay you 20 euro paypal
My device wont boot up.... it stuck on the boot screen of Xperia.... and the bootloader isnt unlocked it was on the same factory state.... i dont know wat to do plz can anyone provide help....
I unlock bootloader in yuphoria 5010/ 5.1.1cm and install twrp .but now my phone not booted ,only show twrp logo like this. Anyone has its solution, if yes plz help
