I have also looked, and it looks like the key is getting to service mode programming, and then it seems we could unlock like the rest of the people are unlocking on other networks. We need the *# equivalent dialer code.

J700t bootloader is unlocked By default but you need to turn on oem unlock before trying to flash any file

Hi guys
I messed up my moto x2 xt1092 and i hardbricked it.
Since it has open bootloader, motorola won't fix it and i have to pay. At least thats what i've read on the net
My question is, if i change the motherboard, would it fix the phone? I know you need some flash thing to fix it, but motorola is not providing them.
Any insight would be highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance, cheers

Hey guys, Aimee here.
I was wondering about whether or not an SM-G955U snapdragon TMobile root is available / how I can check my bootloader status ! I have really been looking hard for a little while now but I haven't had any luck finding and clear and legitimate answers and I am really worried that there is no available root / no way to unlock the bootloader on my device:laugh:
I would be really appreciative of any help I can get on this matter- if this is a double post I will take it down ASAP but I think I'm the first specifically asking about this
Thanks!
Aimée
P.S. any info that would help in this endevor I would be happy to provide

Yes, I'm sure that the 955U does not have root yet.
