Flash correct stock rom via Odin and post fail point.
Sboot fail is usually wrong firmware.

Since I'm a noob and can't post in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2261573
I was installing the sphere camea app when I went into Recovery and went to wipe delvik I wiped system instead of cache since the order had changed from when doing this on my S2, I didn't notice that the first 2 options had changed. I tried downloading the stock ROM in the above thread from the first mirror site and when I went to install via ODIN, it keeps giving me the fail message, aboot.mbn. Any ideas ? I have since been able to flash the cyanogenmod, but would like to go back to stock.
I am getting the same type of error except for the Galaxy S4.

Hey guys, i've recently tried to install Android 7 on my Galaxy S7 (SM-G930F) and Odin keeps freezing at the very end, I tried to reset it i've seemed to sponge my phone.
Am I just being impatient? How long should it take to upgrade?
I can't post an image of Odin because this is a new account but here's the logs
