Hi in my opinion This best rom for this device because system ui look like android oreo but I'm found repeated bugs in the three new roms which is a web view and the video does not work. I have fix web view by replace apk with another version. You only have to search for lineage os web view and replace forum system apps then webview
but I can't fix video any way to fix it

Same here, I updated the Webview apk and the white screen still there.
The Google logging is broken, I get a white screen on Play Store, Chrome and YouTube

I tried with Gmail app same thing.
Strange thing that I got mail stating that.... "your new Samsung Galaxy S Duos2 doesn't have the latest Google apps"
I flashed pico gapps btw. Seen mail later on PC.
Anyway this rom looks goood big Thank you

Use the root settings in dev settings .. You probably jacked it up with the play store stuff already so remove that stuff enable dev settings and select app and adb under root settings.
I've been running cm11 due to awesome battery life with my Mugen battery.... But after reading through OP and change log by versions I'm really impressed. ! Def if it has o.c. options ,govs and so forth. Feature packed! Welcome $droyd$

That is another reason I am downloading now. For some reason cm11 does not allow me to use g3 volume booster due to mixer path xml issue. So jumping on board the Illusion. Was waiting for someone to integrate faux in both aspects.! Pretty excited

Don't know what I'm doing wrong been flashing for years without issues, I reflashed this skip google login enabled root in dev and apps and adb and then I rebooted went into Playstore and installed superSU which tells me the same thing no root binary installed. Got me

I have tested QQi on a LG G3 (running Lollipop), it worked perfectly without any FCs (QQi version V5.0.10.6046), you may try to upgrate to this version.
Did tried version 5.0.10 (not sure about the build number) from Play Store, but whenever I swipe pages ex. from chat to list, I got a black page for min. 30-40 seconds, sometimes the app even freeze and I need to kill the app via task manager. I am on HTC M8 with Venom Rom.

It seems there is no lag or freeze in my situation. My G3 is running on a stock rom. I guess your Venom Rom may cause this problem.

QQi FC on my lollipop device too……This is a bad suggestion but, try the Chinese version 5.4.1. 【It's Chinese……】 but at least it works and seems to have more functions than the international version.

Decent speedy browser but still needs some more optimization. With this browser my phone looks gigantic!
Nav bar in the bottom would be easy reach, adblock, flash support n few other tweaks could make this browser for years.
For the first impression its really impressive.

OK, 2.1 working good. Yesterday the download link was 2.0. Much better now. I down know much technical stuff, but there are certain functions/protocols which I end up having to go running to Chrome or Firefox sometimes. Certain sites use different plugins, etc., that smaller browsers don't seem to be able to keep up with sometimes. I'm looking forward to the day when I can leave the big ones behind. Naked browser pro is the closest I've gotten yet... I'll try out Flash for a while. Keep up the good work.

After LineageOS has been merged with Android-7.1.2_R8, new builds feature several changes, including an all-new browser called Jelly. It mainly targets low-end Android devices and replaces the older AOSP browser. I came to know about it out after compiling the new source for building a ROM. Hope it'll be helpful for the devices that are no longer officially supported due to the lack of maintainers.

Yeah, Gello is a different browser. Although is it also designed for Qualcomm based devices for optimised performance, but it is not supposed to be in the new builds of LineageOS.
Though it wholly upon the maintainer of your device. If your maintainer decides to ship Gello, this will replace the new default browser Jelly.

Is there a way to compile for and use with android 4.2.2 API Level 17?
I know this might be a noob question or im just stupid but can i use it as a regular non root app on my one plus one running lollipop?

Hello my good friends.
I've searching any fully working GCam on forums, for my S9+ Snapdragon and I found!
It's a work from a Brazilian YT and I don't know if he just renamed/created/modded/copied another apk (he dosen't say) but I'll upload as I found.
His name is Walker and his channel is bellow, so the credits are his, I'm just bringing to us.
I've tested and it is by far better than Samsung's one.
Test yourself and give the feedback.

Instructions:
-Download both files (.xml and Gcam) on attachment
-Create a Folder on your phone with the name GCAM
-INSIDE the Gcam folder, create another folder named Configs and put the .XML file inside
-Install the apk as a normal file
-Open GCAM and Click on a invisible button between and give a OK to load optimal cfg (picture on the attachment)
-Done

Yes, its safe. I've tested here without problems and that YT is very well known!
Just a thought...the folder needs to be renamed to "Configs" rather than "Config." After that good to go. Going to play around with it now.
Is this 7.0? I downloaded one from the telegram app and it says it uses the microphone in the background. I just turn off permissions when I'm not playing with it

Hey a question, why all gcam 7.2 versions in the photos i took are green?
I already tried several configurations and they are still green, there is some fix?

Same issue. Any other people having this issue, know how to alleviate it?
