Bootloop after Magisk Uninstall - Honor 8 Questions & Answers

I attempted to uninstall magisk through the magisk manager, but now my phone is stuck in a bootloop, booting either to huawei erecovery, or TWRP if I want it to. Attempting to reinstall magisk gives an "!unable to unpack boot image", so nothing happens. I would like to preserve my data, which is why I am not using the huawei erecovery.
It is an FRD-AL10

Try to flash the original ramdisk.img

7 Pro reboots into TWRP after Update

So I was rooted and had TWRP, I installed the OTA via the OnePlus Updater. Then I proceeded to flash TWRP in fastboot again, flashed twrp installer afterwards and finally flashed magisk 19.3. Then I rebooted into system, but whenever I 'm at the pin field the device shuts down and reboots to TWRP.
I uninstalled magisk via the zip file and succesfully rebooted into my system. Why is this happening and how can I get back Magisk?
Maybe you have some Magisk module causing this. There is an option to disable Magisk modules through command line.

If you used magisk uninstaller and the reboots are gone then just flash magisk again. Also it's best to use 19.4 magisk

Can't boot with Magisk

Tried to move substratum to System but wouldn't boot at all so clicked recover boot loop in TWRP and it reflashed and allows me to boot, but if I try to install Magisk again via TWRP it gets stuck booting and have to repeat the above steps to be able to boot correctly
How can I get Magisk working again? Thanks

[Fixed] Installed Magisk V20 and i lost TWRP

Ive tried uninstalling magisk using the un-installer and no go. Ive tried booting into twrp then flashing the twrp zip then rebooting into recovery and it goes to the stock recovery. How do i get back TWRP?? Im on Pie and was using twrp .65
NVM: I had to re-flash 9.5.11 then twrp then reboot then magisk 19.4
I am in your same situation oneplus7.
Currently I was with twrp 3.3.1.1 but there is no way to catch any recovery. By flashing the image either version 1/65/70 (more current) by fastboot it enters correctly img you access twrp to later flash the zip But it never gets installed.
I tried to uninstall using img twrp Magisk zip uninstaller and install the 19.3 / 20v uninstall it completely and flash back to zip twrp but I am in a dead end.
Right now I am with Magisk v20 root edxposed and everything goes phenomenally as a result that I am going to "peel" without having twrp for my backups or anything.
Anyone have any idea how to install twrp again?
boot into twrp.img then flash the last rom you were using, then flash twrp.zip, reboot into recovery and install magisk 19.4. After reboot you will have to enable all your rooted apps again and install your magisk modules again.

cant boot insto system after uninstalling magisk

so i uninstalled magisk in the app itself, and it rebooted into recovery(i use twrp) and if i tell it to reboot to system, it will boot into recovery again.
help please
You can't uninstall Magisk man ??* now you have to flash it again or reflash the rom.

[HELP] TRWP 3.5.0-0 + Magisk 23.0 with Surya Global 12.0.1.0 on POCO X3 NFC

Hello
My X3 NFC was rooted with Magisk 23.0 and I had installed mahajant99's TWRP 3.5.0-0.
Everything was working fine and I need root especially for Titanium Backup, aProfiles and other apps.
I updated to the official Surya GLobal 12.0.1.0 firmware with TWRP, taking care to reinstall just after Magisk 23.0 still with TWRP.
The phone booted, but impossible to enter the system (the screen remains on the MIUI logo) and when I tried to start the recovery, I had the message "The system has been destroyed"!
I managed to restart the phone by reinstalling the original (unrooted) boot.img with fastboot and the phone rebooted normally. The original recovery reinstalled itself...
If I try to install TWRP, I get the message "The system has been destroyed" and if I install a rooted boot.img with fastboot, the phone boots, but unable to enter the system (the screen remains on the MIUI logo).
Has anyone had the same mishap as me?
How do I resolve these issues so that I can reinstall TWRP and Magisk?
Regards

That TWRP is completely outdated. You need this one:

Hello,
Thanks, this allowed me to move forward, but not yet to install TWRP ... I think for Android 11 version it will need update from TWRP Surya 3.5.2_10-5. On the other hand, I managed to root my phone, which is already great!
When I install TWRP with fastboot and despite having installed avb-patcher (included in TWRP) as well as activated the prevention so that TWRP is not replaced by the original recovery, the system always restarts on the TWRP recovery with the message "android rescue party trigger fix" and the reason "enablefilecrypto_failed"...
Fortunately I can start TWRP with the command "fastboot boot twrp.img" to reinstall the original firmware without losing my data and get a working system....
I nevertheless managed to install Magisk and root the phone with TWRP using the "fastboot boot twrp.img" command while keeping the original recovery. I have restarted several times and it continues to be rooted with no issues. I breathe...
But, I think that we should not install avb-patcher (included in TWRP), because then impossible to enter the system, we always go back to the original recovery. To check...
Thank you again and see you soon.
