Hello, I've been learning web design for a while now, I decided to move a bit into android app development. I just uploaded my first app to Play Store. It is mobile html editor which lets you create and edit Html files on your mobile and then live-preview it in the in-app browser. It also a feature for you to type a website and get the source-code of it. One can also learn basic web design skills using the 'learn to code feature. I'll be glad if you can download it and let me know what you thing about it.
Here's the link to it.

Or you can search for 'TrebEdit Html editor' on Google Play store.
Thank you.

Hello everyone,
while I was on my tortureous Odyssey of finding a working htc sense eReader.cab version I had an idea ...
Isn't it feasable to use the mobile page of the "Project Gutenberg" like a free app-store? It would be overwhelming! About 20.000 free eBooks to choose from - and to make the decision more difficult - one can choose the format in which the file will arrive on the device --> pdf, epub, html, w/o pics....
Just an idea.... but I must admit that I'm a loser when it comes to programming. I could do beta-testing
Good Idea but one hell of a project..
Any one willing to take it on?
Just an idea...
That's how the mobile site looks alike:
http://www.gutenberg.org/catalog.mobile/search/
There are also apple-apps available, which are similar to the setting of the mobile site... don't know, perhaps this could be a helping information?
Or you could just download Freda (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=7141176), go to the 'Add to library' screen and point it at the Lucidor OPDS catalog of the Gutenberg books database (http://lucidor.heliohost.org/opds/pg.php). That should work ...
EDIT: It does work, kind-of. The 'next/previous' page reference links aren't being picked up right by Freda, so for multi-page entries (e.g. "all authors beginning A") you only see the first page. I will fix this in the next Freda build. In the meantime, you can work round by manually editing the fi number (e.g. in the URL, replace "&fi=1" with "&fi=100", and the display will start with the hundredth entry, not the first).
This would be quite nice if Freda would support the Gutenberg Site.
Not to mention the additional popularity boost "Freda" would gain with this support!
Very nice idea. Thanks in advance!

I made this voice transcriber thinking on journalists that have to get transcriptions from audio interviews. This app uses the long recording capabilities of the Google voice recognition API and allows to edit and save your transcriptions in PDF or plain text file from your mobile phone.
It's still a baby app, and the first app I release to the public. I'd like you to give me your opinion and if you do interviews or your are a journalist, I'd like to know what do you think would be a great feature to have in this app so your work gets easier.
Since I'm new here, please scan the QR code below to get the download link.

Thank you for your kind words PamelaGirl.
I don't think it's possible on stock. Maybe if you are root and are using a ROM allowing you to remap the soft/hard key.
I know you can register your app to be a provider for Google Search but I'll need to dig a little bit to see how it should be done.
I'm proud of DuckDroid but without a better Web API from duckduckgo, I don't think the app could be build to be a real search application.
Duckduckgo dev has published their new app yesterday. My advice is to try it.
Their app is much more complete and offer great feature on top of duckduckgo and their zero click api.
See here : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.duckduckgo.mobile.android

Hello again SprigganMaster,
Thank you for the response.
Yes I am on a custom ROM and will try to figure this out.
Need to figure out how to remap the search key with only a single press and not a long press.
Coming from the iphone I wanted less Apple in my life, and now with this Android device I REALLY want even less google in my life!
Thank you for sharing and keep up the good work/vibes!
Hello,
I just wanted to show my first app for Android PicStatistics.
The app is free and I have a lot of ideas but for now you can see your total number of likes, comments, etc from your Instagram account.
You can also see your top admirers and your top photos.
The application was developed with phonegap and jquery mobile. I found many problems with phonegap and android versions, so I'm working on a new version developed with native android.
Here you can download it at play store: PicStatistics
I will really appreciatte your feedback.
Thanks!
We are planning to launch an application of our custom website to serve our customers better. Can anyone guide us with how the application could be published on play store?
