Is there a fix for the video camera banding?

Just got this phone and I've noticed that there's pretty severe banding when using the video camera under artificial light. Anyone know if Huawei is planning on employing a fix for this?

[Q] Slow motion videos are too dark?

I got a Sprint 64gb S6 on Friday. Since then, I have had some trouble with the camera. The most noticeable is when I go to take a slow motion video.
The image looks fine when I am getting the subject in focus, but then as soon as I hit record the image gets really dark, to the point where you can hardly make anything out in the video.
Does anyone else have this problem, or is there a solution? Is this just a defective camera?

yeah. i get the same problem. And i get that the video is in very low quality. I see frame skip and worse.
Can anyone tell me what should I do to fix this problem?

Snapchat issue

I have problem with viewing snapchat videos from people who own huawei honor devices. In particular these are Honor 8 and Honor 7c.
On first I can see first frame with sound, on the other one I see black screen with audio. Videos from honor 8 can be seen on story but not on private chat.
This happened on stock, superstock and batman rom.
Does anyone else experienced such issues?

I have exavtly same problem. Im stock and noroot. Contacted snap support but they didint know nothing. Glad there is otjers too with this problem.

vivo nex duo video call quality unnatural and bad?

I have Vivo nex, the one with in-display fingerprint sensor, and while using vivo nex on video calling apps like duo, whatsapp, etc, the video appears very pale and pink here and there, especially in night light(sufficient). Face appears yellow and grainy, lips, tongue too pink and unrealistic.. Is anybody else getting this or is it just me?

Pinch to zoom broken after Android 11 upgrade

Has anyone else noticed this? After upgrading to Android 11, I can no longer pinch to zoom photos in the Photos, Camera, Files, or FB apps. I haven't checked others, but I suspect it'd be the same.
Only way to zoom is by double-tapping for a 2x zoom. What gives?

FIXED!
After reading comments elsewhere, I tried removing my tempered glass screen protector. Boom, pinch to zoom is back.
Weird.

It was a bug. If you update to the latest software you should be able to use a screen protector again.
