First time installing crDroid to your Redmi Note 4, or coming from another ROM:
Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery ( TWRP)
1) Copy crDroid zip, gapps zip to your device
2) Boot into Recovery
3) Wipe cache, system, & data (or just cache & system for a dirty flash).
4) Flash ROM
8) Flash gapps
9) Boot up
Inbuilt Super User included for ROOT. Enable it from developers option!
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
The only difference between clean flash as above and upgrading is you just wipe system & cache, leaving data. Everything else is the same. *Remember to always clean flash before reporting problems. Clean flashing is always the best method of ROM install.
You need to flash GApps every-time you flash the ROM.
Don't expect any support if you:
- are not running the included kernel
- have installed any mods such as Xposed!
- have modified system files

I did not check the downloads because i don't want to install this ROM (for now!). But for obvious reasons, such as many people will start asking if the build is treble enabled, which will fill the thread with unnecessary questions, that's why i suggested to be mentioned in the title!

OK everything went smouth and stable with the installation coming from Havoc.
Take attention with me Magisk 19.3 didn't work.
On reboot system went directly to bootloader.
So re flash this time Magisk 19.4 canary and boot normal

CLEAN FLASH/First Time Installation :

4. Now, sideload the ROM and you are done.

On the second post, I wrote the know bugs for now

Thank you so much for this ROM. Idc if it's official or unofficial if everything is working as intended... The only issues are auto brightness and the AOD not using the proximity sensor, which are also present in the other custom ROM's (I was on yaap before this). Installed this at once as this is so good looking and bonus is that almost everything works. On initial usage it looks stable enough to be daily drived. Hopefully this gets support for a long time.

Well, I can't flash a whole rom just to check if something works/broken.
You see, i am someone who you might call a camera junkie (not in the case of selfies tho). So small stuffs like these matter a lot before I flash a rom.

I'm happy with the rom for now, but there are a few features I want it to come. It would be nice to have the "lock" feature to recent apps. When I clear all the apps in the background, I want the locked app to stay open. I would like to have a sound adjustment feature specific to each application. I think it would be more useful to have the "uninstall application" option when I hold down the application's icon. That's all my requests. Thanks for the rom.

I am having a microphone issue when use messenger, what'sapp or any kind of app when calling...
I can hear others voice but no one can hear me (most times)
But when i restart my device then mic is good for 3-4 calls.. but again same issue...

Been using it for a day and what can I say. Great ROM. Very stable and good for daily driver, little to almost no bugs at all.
Feels like I'm using Android 12, Pixel Phone.

All four camera (main, uw, tele, front) working fine. I just use GCam port by Urnyx05.
Video recorder seems pretty normal (1080p60fps / 4k30fps works great)
^ just to mention, there's no Face Unlock option when unlocking device (only Fingerprint and typical password/pin/gesture)
^^ haven't tried fingerprint unlock cuz I changed my display to LCD replacement.
