I don't manage to install TWRP, old recovery still there :(

Hi there,
I try to install TWRP (downloaded as recovery.img) and do:

But when I reboot into recovery I'm still in the Cyanogenmod Simple Recovery.
What could be the problem?

Go to developer settings and get rid of the overwrite recovery tick

after flashing H2OS no longer boots in twrp

So H2OS boots up just fine. Fastboot mode works. When I boot into recovery mode the oneplus logo shows up, but it is as nothing happens afterwards. I left the device there for more than an hour and still nothing. Flashing from the OS twrp 2.8.7.0 or 3.0.0-2 has no change on this. Flashing from fastboot the same. When I try to boot from fastboot,I get the following error:

The bootloader is not unlocked, you must block with fastboot oem relock XXXXXXXXXXX and re-unlock the bootloader

And make sure to go to Developer options when booted and enable OEM unlock.
Both Phone and FRP must be unlocked in fastboot

The same happened to me, I checked and it appeared unlocked but it did not let me install the recovery. so I relocked it and unlocked it and that's how it worked

do i have to execute this? fastboot oem relock XXXXXXXXXXX and re-unlock the bootloader , what is the xxxxxxxx? TIA

Pixel 3 won't let me flash anything

I have official android 11 without root or anything but it does not let me flash anything or boot and it tells me the fastboot of the mobile that is in the slot: B

TWRP has not worked on Pixel 3 since Android 9. There is a test build for Android 10 at https://forum.xda-developers.com/pixel-3/development/twrp-3-2-3-0-pixel-3-t3861622/page29, but the only response to that post was it did not work. There is nothing for Android 11.

OK:
1. First you need to root the device. Follow this guide. You will use adb to patch the boot.img file of your current firmware.
2. After you have rooted, you can install the unofficial TWRP for Android 10 Moto G8 Plus from here. The zip file will install through magisk. Works fine; I tested it last night.
