Hey guys,
I have been messing around with some root applications lately including Lucky Patcher where I triggered the option to install all of the applications to external storage.
Now, when I want to install the application on my Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus running Pie whether downloaded from site or Google Play, the installation process just takes forever and the application ends up not being installed or updated at all.
I have reverted the triggered option in Lucky Patcher as well as cleared data of the package manager but the problem did not get fixed!
What could be the possible solution.
Thank you in advance!

That's what you get for using piracy software, we don't help with issues caused by using software that can be used to steal from developers.

Okay, this question may sound a bit weird. But there is a reason why I just want the ability to install high end apps.
Each day Google is giving 10 apps a day for Rs. 13.21 .. This is expected to continue for more 5 days I guess.
And most apps/games are incompatible with our device i.e. Galaxy Fit.
So, when we go ahead to buy them it doesn't allow you to buy because they are incompatible.
The reason I want to yet buy is soon I will be buying a high end phone. So, rather buy a few apps with this dirt cheap price now.
Any ways to fool Google Market and somehow just buy?
Out of all the research, I know that you need to edit the build.prop.
I did edit the ro.model.name value to Nexus S... but that alone didn't help.
Some more changes are required. Any help?
Thanks.
if you have any high end android around you
then just login to that mobile let it sync then go to play store app there select your account find the app that you want to buy then buy it stop the download the app will be added to your account then just rove your account from there

I thought the same.. But unfortunately, none around.
Hmm, It's quite easy, search for a app called Mod Edit - no links to warez or ways around warez install it. It's kinda goole play applications lets you install all apps which are/aren't compatible. Search at google or android market.

you can't talk about pirating apps
Lets be very clear here the link that has been removed is a well know app for getting hold paid apps for free, this type of talk is not allowed on XDA and giving links to such apps/sites is an even bigger NO NO.

I've tried edit build.prop and using an application on PC to download incompatible games/apps but unfortunately no effect -.-
I installed 'Freedom.apk' recently that i've got somewhere. After installing my 'Google play' doesn't work in 3g connection nor WiFi connection.
I can't connect through playstore and then i delete the account of google at my 'Account and Sync' and i tried to add an account for google for synchronizing the google application to my email and it doesn't work, can't logged in nor register.
Any answers?
solution : change your time zone to GMT+4....and then open freedom..stop it app...and unistall it....then back your date time to your time zone...just try
i forgot to post that my cellphone was formatted recently - 'usb storage'
I heard this Freedom app steals your credit card info this true? Does anyone have any comment on this?
I've used it before, no unauthorized uses of my card yet, i use a prepaid card tho that i load only when i want something online, don't use my card that's in my name to avoid something like that happening

If you want to remove Freedom, first launch it, go to MENU, then tap on STOP. Next you can remove Freedom successfully. IF YOU DID NOT DO IT - YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO USE GOOGLE PLAY WITHOUT FREEDOM!
Thread closed: please do not discuss freedom.apk as it is used only for avoiding to payments and is agains xda rule 6: Do not post warez:

If you downloaded an app that requires Amazon app store verification and for whatever reason you want to bypass that,
Download Lucky Patcher (you can find it in Google) and search for you app, long press it and choose Remove License Verification, Auto Modes, just check "Auto Mode (Amazon Market)" and press Apply.
Now try launching your app; in my case, it redirected to the amazon appstore website.
So just download the amazon appstore and install it (around 5 mb). You do not have to login. Launch your app and it should work, if it doesn't re-patch it the same way with Lucky Patcher.
Hit the Thanks button if that helped.
Note: Trying to use your app with Freedom will remove the patch so just don't use it.

No.
Discussion of such apps as Freedom and Lucky Patcher are not allowed on XDA. Please take a moment to read the rules of the forum here:

Apps such as these do little else except allow users to pirate/hack/steal potential money from developers. Discussion of these apps is forbidden on XDA.

Talking about the patcher, not Pandora. The patcher is a hack that allows you to bypass the free version so you don't have to get the paid version.

the download playing song feature doesnt work for me
It's not working for me either. I'm running stock 4.2.2. I uninstalled the module, rebooted, installed the model, activated and rebooted. The Pandora folder wasn't added to the music folder either.

You're right, but also wrong.
It may not be warez perse, but it violates pandora's teams of service. This is the same reason this patcher had been removed from the official xposed repositories. By posting it on xda, if xda leaves it available then ultimately pandora may hold them responsible.
http://www.pandora.com/legal
From the summary:
Pandora can only be used in the United States, New Zealand, Australia and those countries' respective territories.
From Section 9:
You agree that you will not:
(i)use the Pandora Service to download or reproduce copyrighted materials;
(ii) copy, store, edit, change, prepare any derivative work of, or alter in any way any of the tracks streamed through the Pandora Services;
That said, the "software" being illegally made available in this case is the digitally copy of the songs that are illegally downloaded through the use of this patcher. This makes it a form of warez since the intent is to enable music piracy.
Also, the bit about finding it on xda just means that there's someplace else in the forums that someone didn't report.
Though, if the mods don't care... Kudos, seems like it should do what it claims.

So for whatever reason, I can't download certain apps ("this app is incompatible with your device"). I did some research, and tried the following:
-Market Enabler: spoofs build.prop to resemble another phone. Succesfully spoofed another, phone but still can't download apps
-APK downloader Firefox by code kiem: doesn't work, says it is incompatible
-APK downloader ext. for Chrome by evozi: doesn't work, says it is incompatible
-Amazon Market: thinks my device is incompatible as well.
I think I found a solution though: 1 mobile market seems to have the apps, free to download without device restriction. How safe is this store though? I tested it by downloading some apk files and testing the MD5 values against some known safe apps, and they match. Of course I only tested one or two apps though. Are they really the official apps?
The weird thing is there is another part of the website mod edit - link removed where you can directly download apk files after you provide the link from the google play store; however, the downloads are not even close to the size of the actual app. For example, I tried downloading HERE Maps (38 megabytes) and the actual download file size was ~ 6 megabytes. I tested Bing search (~1.6megabytes) and the file ended up 5.8 megabytes. It appends the downloaded apk file with *_quickdownload 330.apk. So while the apps downloaded through the store itself have the same file size and MD5 sum of the actual safe apps, for some reason this other part of the store that utilizes a link to google play has totally different app file sizes. Of course I was too chicken to install those other apk files as I didn't want to test it.
Here's an example of the same app downloaded from different parts of the website
mod edit - links removed
Anyways, if it turns out this store is safe, then that's fantastic news.
Personal opinion here, but based on your description, the site sounds a bit sketchy. In fact, trying to visit the site through my OpenDNS service (filtered DNS servers), they block it, reporting the site was banned for malicious activity.
It didn't specify exactly why the ban was enforced. Some apps may or may not have the author's permission to be hosted there (illegal), they might use deceptive tactics, they might push adware or malware, or something else.
That being said, the Amazon app store and AppBrain are also similar Play Store alternates, and the file you mentioned that was a different size could very well be their "front end" app used to keep track of your installed apps through them, as well as updates.
I would Google a bit to find more information, but again, I was unable to visit the site through a credible DNS service.
Good luck!

Dude, I recommend not to download from the site. I googled it and most sources say it is malicious. You can try the app "All in One Downloader (AIO downloader)". I use that app and it is 100% virus free.
