[Q] HELP

Hey everyone im trying to unroot my transformer.I instaleed repacked-8.2.3.13_US+root-CWR-update.zip.Rebooted it and then i shut it back down.I then booted into clockword mod and installed this recovery 8239usrecovery zip. After that i wiped cache, data and system.I rebooted and now im stuck on the eeepad asus boot screen. When i try to go into recovery i get the triangle. Is there anything i can do?Or did i brick my transformer by formatting the system? Please some one help.
never delete system as it is what has all of the stock apps and framework and library. So it will not boot. The stock firmware will NOT install if you do not have everything in system perfectly. If possible try to use NVFlash to get back to a stable rom if not i don't know if there is anything you can do.

Don't do **** if you don't know what you're doing or you don't have the full instructions in front of you...
What you've done is the following equivalent in any PC or laptop:
Start PC/Laptop with LiveCD/RescueCD
Format C: (or /dev/sda)
Try to start PC/Laptop
Start to ROFL!
You were supposed to flash the stock rom from asus before flashing the recovery.
Try downloading the rom from asus, unizziping it and placing it on your microSd card and see if theres a prompt to update the rom when you attempt to go into recovery.
Als you could try wiping it again.
Boot while holding the volume down button, When the text shows up don't press anything, wait and you'll get two images show up. Press volume down highlight select wipe cache, the volume up to confirm.
See if that works.
Thanks i will try that now.

[Q] Bricked Samsung Infuse - HELP!

I read this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1524081
I used the link (Heimdall One-Click Return to Stock UCLB3) and followed both steps carefully. The first time I ran heimdall and it finished it went to reboot. It brought up a menu named Android system recovery <3e> samsung Recovery Utils - for BML - then gives me 4 options. reboot system now, apply update from sdcard, wipe data/factory reset, and wipe cache partition. I tried reboot system now only and it brought me right back. Same with wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition, same results. I then tried to run heimdall again this time flash bootloaders. This brings me all the way to the at&t screen, but then boot loads the at&t screen again and again. This is as far as I can go. I think I got into this problem initially when I was told my at&t to wipe data/factory reset because I was unable to get any phone signal. I then on my own clicked wipe cache partition and immediately was faced with this issue. Please help me! I don't know what else to do!!
Edit: it will turn on, but will only boot up to the at&t screen. I was unable to get it to turn on previously.
Thank you!

qkster,
The link in post 2 does not allow me to download the file. Can you provide me the file some other way? Step one has been completed, again only boots up to the at&t logo. Also, once step 2 is done, is step 3 necessary? I only want the software stock, nothing rooted or changed if possible. Thanks!
Edit: I found another site to get the link you had in post 2, but now my phone only boots partially to the at&t screen, it freezes, and then completely starts over to the samsung screen instead of boot looping the at&t screen..I think I may have really done something good, lol.

as long as it still boots up, it's still good.
make sure your battery is charged.
the kernels in #2 and #3 is for cwm red recovery. either one is fine. if you just want stock att..you may need to boot into stock recovery. reset and try flashing again.

I am a true newbie! What you said sounds good, please help me as to what I need to do to get into the stock recovery reset and flash again. I don't have any experience in this, so I do not know what steps I need to do or what to download and so on.
I should also add that the battery is charged, so that part is good! Also, if booting into stock recovery is press up down volume + power button then I tried that. I tried both options of factory reset and also cache; nothing changed. Anything else I can do, or is it done at this point?
Thanks for your help!
Read this over a few times, Nate.

Boot to the recovery and factory reset.
If still no go, use Odin to flash cwm and boot to it and do a factory reset, wipe cache, and davlik cache.
And again, if it still wont boot get into cwm again and do a full wipe (all of the previous wipes and format /system), then rerun Odin to flash the stock firmware.

I didn't see your edit down there.
To get in into the recovery, with the phone off, hold both the volume up and down (the whole rocker) and the power button until you see the recovery.
If your having issues getting into Download mode take a look at these tips. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=27360727&postcount=57

The phone just keeps to vibrate nonstop as I keep doing that. (Entering recovery mode) it doesnt seem to work.

Won't boot into and from recovery.

When I select to reboot to recovery the phone attempts to reboot and never shows the google screen. I have to enter the bootloader and enter recovery from there. After i install what I need to install and click "reboot to system" in the recovery, the phone does the same thing. It just goes to a black screen. I have to re-enter the bootloader again and select "Start" to boot into the ROM.
What could be the issue here? Do I need to reflash the bootloader?
What rom are you on. Stock doesn't give you an option to boot into recovery. I'd try and re-flash the rom

PSX. This started to happen after I flashed CWM so I switched back to TWRP but it seems like clockwork might of screwed something up. Might have to flash the factory img.

I would try flashing the recovery image in fastboot. That should fix up the recovery issue. Cwm seems to have some issues right now.

I would try flashing the entire factory image then. But i think you have something else going on if you need to have it plugged in to start it up

[Q] Bricked Nexus 5

Hello
I followed this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2507905 to root my new Nexus 5 and flashed this rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2528265 onto it, when I tried to boot it up it got stuck in the boot animation so I rebooted into recovery and wiped the data, cache partition and the dalvik cache and tried to boot it up and encountered the same problem so I went to reboot and it wont boot back up not even to the bootloader and when I plug it into my pc its unrecognized and wont even show charging animations
Did I brick my new phone?

Then it is bricked , but I don't really understand how could fromating data, cache and dalvik cache destroy the bootloader . There must be something wrong those recoveries, because you are not the only one
Did you ever check the md5 of the rom you flashed? It could have been a corrupted download
does your bootloader work? hold the vol up/down and power on boot. if u can get to the bootloader u can save it with wugs nexus tool.

If you can get into bootloader you can save it without a tool kit.
Do this if u can't go into recovery
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2513937
But if u are able to go into recover, just flash any other rom, make sure you before flashing u do a factory data reset, and after finished wipe cache/dalvik always so u dont go into bootloops.
Through some miracle I was able to get to the bootloader (sat there and held the vol and power buttons for like 3 minutes while my pc dinged and donged as it disconnected and reconnected) but I'm unsure of what to do now. Should I keep trying to load a custom rom on it or just go back to stock? and either or how am I going to get the rom on the internal storage as its still not being recognized by my pc (but I do have fast boot access)

Stay away from tool kits. You got enough problems on your hand

Glad to hear you're back up and running. Google md5 checksum and make sure the roms you download are good. I think that was your problem
Done this to my Nexus 7.. something went wrong when flashing the Rom and ended up somehow cocking up my drivers aswell.. Weird one.
Glad to hear your back up and running buddy.
