I flashed the stock Samsung Oreo on my s7, and it showed a blue screen with the android robot 'installing updates' then it said 'no command'. After a while, it showed the android recovery screen, the thing where you navigate using the volume up/down and power. I selected factory reset, wipe cache etc then rebooted. Now, it is stuck on the charging screen, no percentage. Just the greyed out circle with a lightening bolt in it on the top. Holding power button doesn't do anything. Could anyone help me?

Flash correct firmware again with Odin
I know this sounds silly but I read this before and have tried it. Plug and unplug your charger 5 times times and see if it starts charging. Leave it a while and the try flashing the ROM again.

I just downloaded the update for the Thunderbolt and when it restarted it stopped at the screen with the little green android and the exclamation mark in the white triangle.
It won't do anything else. I tried holding the power button and volume up, and it did nothing.
When I take out the battery and reboot, it goes to the home screen just long enough to verify the SD card before it shuts down again and tries to install the update.
Any suggestions?
Can you boot into recovery? If so, try clearing your cache and rebooting someone in another thread said that fixed the same issue.
Hold power and volume up to boot into recovery right?
Power and volume down.
Power and volume down if you have installed a custom recovery like Clockwork.
Cache cleared, phone working.
Thanks a ton!
Hey all,
Earlier today I tried to update from stock 9.18.94.xt926 to KitKat. Unfortunately after the system shutdown and the package tried to install it failed and rebooted to advice me of so. I read online that I should attempt a factory reset before upgrading.
So, I went to settings -> security -> factory reset.
The phone shut off and entered reset mode with the Green Android and a Blue Matrix swirling on its belly.
Since then, the phone has been stuck on this same screen. Additionally, on this page, if I press the volume up/down butts on twice a yellow text appears showing...
'
ge 1/1
Formatting /data...
'
Turning the phone on and off with power + volume down results in the same screen.
The only way I can get the phone to boot is by pressing power + up, then choosing something besides factory reset on the recovery page.
However, when the phone boots its as if it is a brand new device. Additionally, if I am to power down the device, it reboots into the familiar Green Android and Blue matrix page.
Is there any way to fix this issue?
Thanks,

Dear experts,
Phone model: Karbonn A9+
Rom: Custom Rom Hyperion Skyfall
When I hold the power button, the phone turns on and off, No problems with that.
However, when I press volume Up+Power, I get a green screen saying FASTBOOT at the top left corner and that’s it. Nothing happens from that point.
when I press volume Up+Power, I get a green screen and holding the buttons past that I get a red screen saying RECOVERY at the top left corner and that’s it. Nothing happens from that point.
However, when I press volume down+Power, I get a black screen saying ENTRY QPST DOWNLOAD at the top and that’s it. Nothing happens from that point.
I have to remove the battery to turn my phone off.
Moreover, I tried a factory reset erasing internal and external storage, after erasing when the phone is rebooted and gets stuck in the start-up screen. I removed the battery and powered on the mobile ,no problem at all the phone turns on but not resettted.
What I did?
Tried to install latest CWM through recovery, updated it but I pressed something instead of restart your device.
What should I do to make everything work again? I am a noob in Android, please be extra patient and illustrative
Many thanks in advance
Hey.
So, basically, this:
My Galaxy S6 rebooted one time, randomly, while listening to spotify. 2 days later, it rebooted again. 10 secs after boot, it rebooted once again and... I couldn't use it. I've entered recovery mode, did factory reset, wiped cache, rebooted and it happened again. The phone was rebooting all over again. In download mode / recovery mode, there were no restarts.
I've flashed stock firmware through Odin. Except of errors like IMS Service has stopped working, the phone was still rebooting. When I'm entering recovery mode, I'm getting info that it's "installing update". After still holding volume up, home and power button, there's "No command" error and recovery menu is working. I did cache reset again, with factory reset, and some kind of update installed by itself (after that, I had an icon of the phone and SIM card on the screen?).
Now, I'm flashing that update again. Android logo on blue screen, Installing Update -> Erasing, Samsung logo and then back to the blue screen and "No command" error with big yellow triangle with black "!". Blue LED is pulsing.
The phone booted into recovery mode, I've clicked "reboot", Galaxy S6 logo, then Samsung logo begun to animate and... restart. It doesn't boot anymore.
What can I do? They don't want to fix it through samsung warranty.
I just downloaded and installed newest security update (2018-06-**) for my device. After restart screen just went black. When i plug in to charge it, it vibrates, so it is working. Tried force restarting with Power + VolDown, it restarts, but you can only barely make out even the samsung logo when restarting because the backlight does not light up. I tried going into system recovery mode but i just can't see anything... What should i do now?

Find screenshots of stock recovery from devices just like yours, then use that screenshot as a guide when you boot into recovery, look at the screenshot and look at the list of options in stock recovery. You're looking for the "wipe cache partition" option. Starting from the top of the list, count down the list until you get to the factory reset option. Now boot to stock recovery, then press the volume down button the same number of times as what you counted from the screenshot. For example, in the screenshot, if "wipe cache partition" is the third option on the list, just press the volume down button three times, this should put you on the wipe cache partition option, then press power, it should do the wipe. Then try rebooting.
If that doesn't help, use the screenshot again as a guide to use the "factory reset" option" by counting down the list then pressing volume down that many times then press power to do the reset then reboot.
If that doesn't work, you'll have to flash your stock firmware via PC.
