i need help to add app edge to A750f
i add the files and premissions didnt work
this post explain how to add app edge to android but when i extract my frimware files
services.jar and framworke.jar
i didn't find smali folder in it to modified it
can an y one help me please

simply because we can't
this guide is for touchwiz (old sam ui) and our phone is on samsung experience
and if we did have touchwiz you can't just edit them and install them you would bootloop
you need other system mods first

U ll have to search for a custom rom of ur device or similar devices..
And then port(here, simple copy & paste) the apks from system/app folder in the root of that custom rom to ur port rom.

bro... i m all tried this... as a example m using canvas 2 (MT6577 chip set mobile) now i want to port samsung S3 apps... as u say i do... it will not working.... as u knw some apps have some files in system in folder like framework , bin something like this... so how i port those apps ????

Those apps need to be checked for the links that they have with the framework, bin, lib files.. i am not well versed in it so not sure
BTW are trying to port s3's stock system apps? They would have to be deodexed first in order to port them in ur custom rom.
That too in case if these devices have similar specs including screen size.

bro i allready deodexed all apps... u knw how to knw which files app are used ???
Sent from my Micromax CANVAS HD using xda app-developers app
Check the Android manifest.xml of the app you want to port,
And search for uses library,
And grab those lib files from s3 to the canvas2 to respective folder
May be it will work

Hello guyz
I have been on this forum for quite some time and i feel that many users face problems when they accidntly delete some system apps
from their device which results in the device ot working properly or users unable to claim thir warranty at their service centres.
Therefore I have uploaded all the stock applications of Sony Xperia C.
Please do not be confused .These apps will workon both builds of the firmware

Installation procedure ==>>
1-)Download the required app from below link.You can download inviduual apps YES !!
2-)Open any root explorer app.
3-)Go to system/app and paste the apk there.
4-)Set the permission of the app as RW -R--R--
5-)Reboot the device..
All done....Go ahead and claim your warranty...or do whatever stuff u want to do..

otherwise they will give an error, also do delete the ".odex" files of the apps that you are replacing.

I will do my own themes, but I don't know what software to use. in 2.3.6 - 4.2.2 it was easy, only photoshop.. but now I don't know how to open those qmg files
So.. please help

[TOOL] Converter QMG/ASTC->PNG
Nevertheless, You know have Theme Store and you should use it.
Be welcome at my AllBacksBlack project (signature link). There are lots of posts guiding how to do it.
There is a Tool Set too (KATKit signature link) that will help you on the process.

I have SGSII Pls (GT-I9105P) and I tried many roms but there are some I didn't like and others are slow after some days
so I decide to return to the original rom 4.2.2
so I want I list Of what I can delete from app system without causing problem
and replace some original apps with others I like
