I have download several times and verify md5 successfully but kernel still v2, clean install without no root and flashing kernel still no luck

Can you try this ? just flash kernel , not aroma choice.

So I think the recovery u use is not compatible with my aroma, basically aroma run exactly the same zip which worked.

Yes, it should work on all aosp/lineage custom roms.

It wasn't clear to me either, it just pop's up popup window with "Select SIM Card" written on it. I do have single SIM inside so that might be it, but I am not sure why there's only text, I will add screenshot to my post above asap I make one.

This happens with cRdroid ROM as well
Suddenly it comes in ... If you click anywhere on the screen it goes away ...and you default SMS SIM will be chaned to SIM one

I'm giving a try, so here are some differences i found:
-MIUI Camera Port
- I thing it has a Custom kernel (Linux version 4.4.169-RV-2.0) don't know what is that.
- Some customization stuff are mission, like recent ui clear bottom positions.

I think it's like stock kernel. I flashed derp kernel 4.2 for a better battery life. For now I've achieved 6h sot.
No intense games. Just some YouTube videos, whatsapp, Instagram and google maps navigation.

Go to twrp.me website and select devices & xiaomi & whyred and download the latest one. and wipe everything and clean flash it

I have downloaded the latest version for whyred but the issue came after i try to flash gapps arm64 9.0 aroma and i get "E: Legacy property environment did not initialize successfully. Properties may not be detected"

First time installing crDroid to your Redmi Note 4, or coming from another ROM:
** Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (CWM or TWRP)
1) Copy crDroid zip & gapps zip to your device
2) Boot into Recovery
3) Wipe cache, system, & data (or just cache & system for a dirty flash).
4) Flash ROM
8) Flash gapps
9) Boot up
For root, AFTER you boot into the ROM, you can go back to recovery and install Magisk XX.x (whatever is most recent).
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
The only difference between clean flash as above and upgrading is you just wipe system & cache, leaving data. Everything else is the same. ***Remember to always clean flash before reporting problems. Clean flashing is always the best method of ROM install.

- are not running the included kernel
- have installed any mods such as Xposed!

Someone reported that oss now is not working thats why i reported the same..
You can check and confirm if its working or not but backup your boot.img before flashing it
