Batik Recovery is Project Recovery developed by Batik Recovery Teamwork from Indonesia, this Batik Recovery is a derivative of the Official TWRP that was modified by the developer in accordance with the Indonesian characteristics. In Indonesia, batik is a motif that is considered quite famous for the beauty of its art. Therefore, the developer gave the name Batik Recovery and a touch of batik motifs in the Recovery, including splash, background, and icon. The goal of the developer to release the project is to further popularize batik, and especially to popularize the name of Indonesia.

So if I decide to root my phone I just need to unlock bootloader, install another TWRP first, so I could install this? Sorry for noob question, but it's my first time with Xiaomi device.
Doesn't work. Installer says its going to reboot into recovery and that its finished but stays like that forever. You seem to have an issue with your script.

So, I flashed this using another TWRP via "Install", I used the .zip file. Never boots up when I go to recovery. Am I missing something?
It does not work, it restarted after installing the zip but it does not go into recovery, it seems to have left me without recovery, I installed the Orange Fox recovery and the first time it joined me.

Keeps booting to TWRP on Pixel Experiance Pie ROM.
I am on twrp-3.2.3 with Pixel Experience Pie ROM and latest firmware ( fw_tulip_8.9.13_9.0). When I flash BR, it gives a message like Custom Recovery Folder found and reboots to TWRP. Am I missing something ?

What is AOSP?
AOSP is Android as Google publish without other modifications. More or less AOSP is the Nexus devices stock rom without gapps. Anyway to get a working system we ported some changes from Cyanogenmod/LineageOS and CodeAurora repos.
Please do not ask for features to be added because we're not going to add more to keep this ROM small, fast and pure.

The build hosted on ROMHUT has integrated the OTAUpdates support. If you installed the build from AFH, you are invided to re-download this build and flash it dirty over the previous build, so you will be aligned with OTA.

Installation
First time or clean install:
Download the ROM from the link above
Download GApps package for Nougat 7.1 (arm64)
[OPTIONAL] Download ThemeReady GApps package for N (arm64)
Put the zip files on your SDCard
Reboot in Recovery
Wipe Data / Factory Reset
Optional: convert to F2FS
Select "Install zip from SDCard"
Choose AOSP ROM zip file
Choose GApps zip file
Choose TBO GApps zip file (needed for complete theming of some Gapps with OMS overlays)
Flash
Reboot system
Update over an existing previous AOSP N build:
Via OTA Updates:
Open OTA Updates app
Download the update
Press "Install"
Your device will automatically reboot and install the update.
Manual update with TWRP:
Download updated build from the link above
Put the zip files on your SDCard
Reboot in TWRP Recovery
Select "Install zip from SDCard"
Choose AOSP ROM zip file
Flash
Reboot system
NOTE: the "dirty" flash to update an existing version DO NOT NEED any new re-flash of Gapps and TBO... integrated BackupTool during rom install will backup your gapps (already installed) and restore them after rom update!
General notes
Rom is pre-rooted and has Magisk v13 integrated
Theming: rom has from this build the new SUBSTRATUM THEME ENGINE. Use the integrated Substratum app to apply OMS overlays (OverlaysManagerService). Latest Substratum is rootless!
Theming: to apply OMS overlays to some system apps, you need also to flash TBO GoogleApps-ThemeReady-LP-MM-N-v33.6.zip right after your Gapps package from recovery. This means to be clear: ROM + GAPPS + TBO

OTAUpdates!!
From Stable release, we re-introduced the OTAUpdates function (FULL OTA, not incremental). The app has self-check function to check on romhut the availability of a new version. Here some screens to show how it works (Manual check):
After download is completed, you can reboot directly to recovery to update the current installation... or in case of manual install, you will find the zip of the rom on internal sdcard under OTAUpdates folder.
NOTE: The screens are from Gemini device, but you will have OnePlus3_3T labels on your device!

Also, if I have an OTA update, it will install the "small package" or full ROM? and i hope that i will not lose any mods (root, dolby atmos etc.) after an update

Twrp does not make you lose any data... That's obvious. This twrp version does not support MiUi OTA at least it isn't one listed feature so I'd not try to flash small update. For whole rom update you have to flash custom kernel or root after update. Except if it's Magisk. Addon.d makes Magisk reflash itself after rom update but not kernel. Try Orange Fox recovery. That support MiUi OTA

When it booted, asked for password to decrypt, just hit cancel and tapped Install. Nothing... Means doesn't work with encrypted device. But in the tools, there was an option for decrypt, but I thought maybe it will wipe data so I didn't did anything.:cyclops:
