Beside the "grinding your micro sd, and burn and stick your sim card" method, i'm using this non destructive (99%) ways to simultaneously using dual simcard and micro sd for Moto Z XT1650-03 (or maybe for other phone)
What you need:
1. Nano Sim card adapter, i'm recommend buying minimum 4pcs or you can buy only 2pcs (if you have godlike soldering skills)

2. Soldering tools and skill, or you can go to phone service station
3. Nail clipper (or something to cut tiny things)
4. Thin double tape

How to:
1. Basically we want to use the dual sim card adapter into our Moto Z, but the problem is ALL sim card adapter doesn't have enough length for moto z (because moto z micro sd slot is in the "inside" part of the sim tray, not the "outside" part)
2. Cut and join two of the sim card adapter, and solder it together
3. Use nail clipper to cut the bottom left part of the sim card slot, so the sim card can freely slide in the adapter
4. Insert the nano card into sim card adapter in BACKWARD
5. Stick the other end of the simcard adapter on micro sd
6. Carefully slide the sim tray

I got Dual Sim adapter 13th generation, I am usin` one in which you must cut your sim card. But it`s not so horrible as it may sound, there are plastic boxes for regenerating your sim card. Everything works fine

I purchased this card reader to use with my phone and view video from my dashcam that records on a microSD card. It works very well with my 6p and the native OTG drive mounting. I was playing the videos with VLC and it had virtually no loading time or lag when playing or jumping around in the videos.
The reader has a slot for standard or microSD, I have only tested it with the microSD so far. It has USB C on one end and USB A on the other. Inside the USB A end there is also a microUSB plug that can extend from within the USB A plug. The build quality is good, the chassis is aluminum (I got the silver one) and there are caps for both ends of the USB plugs. Total length is almost exactly as wide as the 6p itself (just a hair wider) with the caps in place. Overall size is similar to a 5 stick pack of gum.
The one thing I noticed with it is that there is no branding or marking at all on the device so I wasn't entirely sure which way to insert the SD card. The slot is keyed to match the card but there is no spring mechanism so you have to insert it until it get a snug fit, then plug it in to the phone. The "top" of of the device is when the microSD slot is on top and you insert it with the contacts facing down (towards the SD slot). I did notice this morning that there is a small gap between the slot opening in the chassis and the reader itself, and when I inserted the microSD card it went almost all the way in because it had not seated into the slot but rather was going into the void inside the case. Luckily I noticed and was able to remove it without tweezers or anything, and will be mindful of it next time.

No. (afaik) It doesn't have an microsd card reader, as it's not a nano-sim/microsd combo slot.

Can't use Micro SD card but USB type-c USB stick can be an alternative. The only smartphone that I know that can have 2 nano SIM cards and a micro SD card is the Zenfone 6

My wife's Mi A2 lite have 2 nano sim cards and micro SD card slot.

mi9t just have 2 simcard slot and mi a2 using hybrid slot as a alternative way for user can use 1sim/1sdcard or 2sim/NOsdcard .

physically impossible, but seems there are guides on youtube, how to do it without adapter (I didn't tested it and will not (you'll see in the guide why not))
