MI NOTE 2 STUCK UP in LOGO // TWRP - NO OS INSTALLED

My phone does not recover from boot loop.
My phone is Mi Note 2 (ROM is i think custom, saw Pixel 8.1 something on the about phone), TWRP already installed, no update system is found on the about phone, rooted and unlocked (i found out it was only 50% and did not proceed further) i unlocked with find my device off and i am from Philippines.
I have tried a recovery ROM (global/stable ROM from MIUI website) using TWRP but after following the process and install the ROM zip and lazy flasher zip it said No OS installed so i proceed with reboot and stuck up in Mi LOGO.
Then i tried restore the back up but it also stuck in Google LOGO (G) and did not go thru.
Today I tried to fastboot using a fast ROM and mi flash tool and after clicking flash (says success and done), it did not reboot and still in fast boot mode. I tried to on/off using the button and still stuck up in Mi LOGO.
HELP me, what should i do next.
Phone is 6gb/128gb

Redmi Note 7 Pro - Stuck in recovery mode

Hi,
I recently got a Note 7 pro from China as a gift and I flashed it to global rom using fastboot. But because there was an app that wasn't working anymore and people have suggested its because the phone is in unlocked mode, so I went ahead and used ADB to lock it and now it's stuck in this recovery mode 3.0. Does anybody know how to either reset the phone or bypass this? Thanks in advance.
First unlock bootloader & flash again with fastboot rom
Locking and re-unlocking the bootloader
To lock the bootloader, the device has to be clean installed in Fastboot mode. For the instructions, see this page.
Once a device has been unlocked, it can be locked and re-unlocked using the same account countless of times, anytime, on any official or custom ROM.

1. Unlocking the phone will never affect any app except Mi Find My Device or other Mi Security (that too it isn't much of an impact)
2.. Now use Mi Unlock to unlock the bootloader, since you already unlocked it would unlock immediately but will also format your phone..
3. Now never lock the bootloader while using a custom ROM
Just tried but won't work... it says that this account is not bound by this device. I think it's in a *bricked* state.
Same here. Cannot unlock. Tried fastboot install with miflashtool.
I think you sign out of mi account before locking bootloader if you have done this then you have to visit service centre, they will be able to flash as they have authorised account or else you can try extracting rom into adb folder & direct click on clear all.bat file if it works
Yes, this is the problem. My mistake was installing pixel experience. After install, the device don't boot up and goes în bootloop and I wasnt able to turn off the device. After, I boot up în fastboot and flashed fastboot stock rom. This rom relocked the bootloader but don't boot. The version of stock rom is the good one, only one from miui site for Redmi Note 7 pro available. My device don't boot and cannot install anything neither stock or custom. The recovery is now stock without the option to turn off or installing update. Maybe i will try @navi_58861170's method. Maybe it will work. În other case we must use edl method which is a little tricky. If you find another way, tell me.
Not working. Sadly.

I have an INFINIX NOTE 7 phone, and I disassembled BOOTLOADER, and the process was successful. After you lost, I flashed the modified BOOT IMG file from Magisk, and then the phone remained in BOOTLOOP mode and does not want to enter the fastboot mode Please help me solve the problem?
To get rid off of all modifications you applied so far reflash phone's Stock ROM.

BootLoop Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus

Hi guys please help me.. Today when i woke up my phone stuck on Mi logo and restart and restart.... my Fastboot is locked, so i try to flash the stock firmware with EDL mode... firmware flash was successfuly, but the problem with Mi logo and restarting is still here ( only restart and nothing happen) . I tried different stock firmwares ( old and new ). Please help me
Did you try giving factory reset a try? Do you have custom recovery?
There is no option to make factory reset, my phone wont turn on, only stuck on MI Logo.. Only option i can do is to go in Fastboot with volume Down and Power button... Volume UP and power button do Nothing.. But Fastboot is Locked i cant flash via Fastboot it says Partition is not available. Only i can flash via EDL mode, i open the back cover on my phone and i press on Test Points.. Via EDL mode flashing is possible but when i try to turn on the phone the same problem happen again.. I down know how to install Custom Recovery like TWRP without unlock fastboot
My recommendation: Take phone to authorized service center and let them try to fix it.
