I haven't been able to find the answer on the forum.
I've seen the process of getting the black theme on a Samsung so even apps like Insta, Facebook, etc are black but will this also work on the Mate 20 Pro? Don't particularly want to waste money on these if it's not going to work.
Has anyone managed to do it on the M20P?

there is black theme .hwt for Emui 9 device you can go and try it.

I'm playing with it now. I made a theme with black backgrounds with white text for the system framework. When I apply the theme I made the background for text, settings etc. doesn't change to black and I end up with white on white text.

Not so easy to use, me thinks ... UI is not that user friendly :banghead:
I get all my themes here. 95% Work on the Mediapad X2. Once you know how to navigate the sight and translate to english, there are TONS of free ones. I have over 200 on my X2 GEM-703L. Hint: all the ones on the vertical list on the right are free. Keep drilling down, all models, all EMUI versions.. I just save them to a folder on my SD card named - HWThemes

this is my first XDA post. I've got a Huawei Mate 10 Lite (RNE-L21). I think it is called different outside of Germany.
Installed is EMUI 5.1 and I have a Problem with the theming of the device. I don't know, if this is the issue, but all themes I can find are for EMUI 5.0 and not 5.1.
Most Themes work quite good, but the text color in the header of some apps is wrong. For example in the One Plus 5t theme I would like to use (I can't post links, so instead you could google for "huaweitheme one plus 5t" and you should find it) the text in the header of my contacts app should be white (see link), but is displayed grey (sry couldn't attach any pictures) and is hard to read. And this is the same with the Dialer app or the Calender app.
Does anybody know how to fix that issue?

Hello i want to ask if anyone manage to rework build.prop of p20 to add p20 pro dark interface mode?
If u search for Pitch Black emui on Play Store you can get a theme that's close to that. So at least that guy managed to do it
Doesn't work with combination of Emui 9 and Pie, at least not for me.
Try to search deep black here in XDA.... You might find it good enough
Hey guys, I set up a few contact photos for some people, and I noticed they they are small, Samsung style , round bull..it photos. You know the ones on P30 Pro or Mate 20 or so on, big , almost full screen beautiful contact photos. Am I doing something wrong? I mean, you all have the same?

This belongs to new Android 10, and even if not, it depends on the EMUI 10.

Hi everyone. I recently bought a galaxy note 10 plus. It is a huge and beautiful looking smartphone and also have a nice screen but the little cam dot is kind of annoying so I've decided to use one of that specific wallpapers to "hide" the dot. But, for no reason at all, my notification bar always turn gray, like overshadowed or something like this, losing all of the immersion of the screen with the nice wallpapers.
I've tried contact my local Samsung support but they doesn't even understood my problem.
Is there a way to fix it ?
i've tried to post a Image to Indicate the problem but I'm a new user so the forum don't let me do it. if anyone know a Way to share this and get the real situation, will help.
