What you need: 1. Installed Magisk
2. ApkEditor Pro (Download)
Instructions:
1. Open Magisk Manager
2. Tap on three lines in left upper corner
3. Select "Downloads"
4. Search for "System Accent Theme (Colors) for P" by Ludwig33
5. Install it, restart phone
6. Open ApkEditor Pro
7. Select "Select Apk from App"
8. Tap on three dots in right upper corner
9. Select "System Apps"
10. Tap on any app that starts by com.google.android.theme. (Like com.google.android.theme.bluegray)
(Let's say that We choose Blue Gray theme)
11. Windows appears - select "Full Edit"
12. Now, you are in app String editor. Rename string pixel_overlay_pixel ("BlueGray") to whatever you want (Like "MyEpicRedTheme"), then save it by pressing OK
13. On Toolbar below select Files
14. Navigate to res/values
15. Open Strings.xml
16. Rename string pixel_overlay_pixel to same name as you write on String editor, save it by icon below
17. Open Colors.xml
18. Select and edit user_icon_1, accent_device_default_light, accent_device_default_dark to some color, whatever you want.
19. When you edit the colors-strings, tap on right upper corner "Open in Editor"
20. Before the </resources> add this line: <color name="material_grey_900">#87212121</color>
21. Save it.
22. Go back to values folder
23. Open public.xml
24. Before the <public type="string" name="pixel_overlay_pixel"... add this line: <public type="color" name="material_grey_900" id="0x7f020017" />
25. Save it.
26. On right upper corner tap on "Build"
27. It should show OK Green icon and show- Suceeed! APK saved as /storage......
28. Tap on install
29. And install it as normal apk.
30. Then go to system settings-> Display -> Colour Theme, and select your own theme
31. Voila!! Now you have transparent notification and qs bar, and transparent volume bar!

I just skip step 18
After installed there still no transparent at all (
Everything went really good but i cant find Colour Theme in settings-> Display -> Colour Theme so i cant use it. Any ideas why it isnt there ? Im using lineage 16.

This is my first post..
1. Extract systemui.apk from system/apps/ by using root explorer.
2. Open it with winrar.
3. Open res folder then open drawable-hdmi folder and fond statusbar_background9 and open it with paint or photoshop
4. Color it black or any color you want. And save it and put it back to the systemui.apk/res/ and pull it back to your app folder in system/app . Then restart ur phone!!!!

AHH, why did u posted this thread on Development section!
It's just easy to make your statusbar black!
1. Just pull your SystemUI.apk from /system/app/
2. then open it up on 7-zip, navigate to: res/drawable-hdpi/
3. scroll down and find "statusbar_background.9.png"
4. DO NOT CLOSE THE 7-ZIP WINDOW!
5. now drag it to your desktop and edit it with Paint
6. use the brush tool and choose the black color
7. fill up/brush the whole picture (black)
8. save it, then
9. drag it again on the 7-Zip window
10. it will ask you if you want to copy the file to the archive, just select "Yes"
11. copy it to: /system/app/ using Root Explorer
12. your phone will display some errors saying "SystemUI.apk has stop responding,... blah blah.."
13. just press and hold the power button for about 8 seconds, it will reboot
14. YOU'RE DONE! ENJOY!

Please make a nandroid backup before you make any changes in system because I know there will be a person in hundred who will mess with his/her device.
This Tutorial is only for rearranging back and menu softkeys . If you want some other arrangement comment below and I will tell you what to do in that.

Step 5 :- Now locate "Key 158" ( for back key ) and "Key 139" ( for menu ) and tap on three dots at right top of display and then "Edit"
Step 6 :- Now change these lines as written below

"Key 158 BACK" TO " Key 158 MENU"
"Key 139 MENU" TO " Key 139 BACK"
Step 7 :- Press back key and hit "Yes".
Step 8 :- Now reboot Your device.
Thats it wait till device reboots

If you got bored with stock icons on navigation bar then follow these steps
Step 1 :- Open app named Softkeyz ( downloaded above) and grant Superuser permission.
Step 2 :- Swipe from Right to Left.
Step 3 :- Now swipe up and choose icons which you like.
Step 3:- Now tap on download icon ( icon with a Line and an Arrow ) . Now wait for few moments.
Step 4 :- Now touch on Check mark ( Tick mark) and select "1 X 1" ( means changing the Scaling Factor ) and wait till device restarts.
If you want to disable capacitive ( Back and Menu ) softkeys then follow these steps
Step 1 :- Open Es file Explorer and goto device/system/usr/Keylayout and open file named "Generic.kl" as "Text" with "Es note editor".
Step 2 :- Now locate "Key 158" ( for back key ) and "Key 139" ( for menu ) and tap on three dots at right top of display and then "Edit".
Step 3 :- Now place a "#" before each line ( shown below )

"Key 158 BACK" TO "#Key 158 BACK"
"Key 139 MENU" TO "#Key 139 MENU"
Step 4 :- Press back key and hit "Yes".
Step 5 :- Now reboot Your device.
Thats it wait till device reboots

Step 2 :- Locate "Buttons"
Step 3 :- Tap on "Backlight"
Step 4 :- Remove that Tick mark before "illuminate buttons" and hit "OK".
Warning!!!
Do not Disable Capacitive button until you enable navigation bar.

I think it can be done by tweaking framework-res or systemui. I can't tell the exact code because I'm not a developer yet.
